Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1204 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV

I moved out of my storage unit on October 30th. I put in my request for move out on October 12th. I got a call a few days later confirming that I put in my request for move out. My rent was paid up through the month of October. I keep getting notifications that I have a balance when all my records show that I am paid up to date. I called this location and they said they would "take care of it". I then proceeded to get an email saying I moved out on the 8th (today, which is impossible since I literally live in Hawaii now) and that I owe November rent. Even when I try to call billing about accessing my payment record via phone it says my account doesn't exist because I ALREADY MOVED OUT. Lets add some "receipts" for proof so yall can not have to deal with this hell. Move out notification and all the dates of payment from the online portal showing I was paid through the month

Absolutely not. Had stuff stolen out of unit. No one cares!!!!! Month later, district manager never called back. Insurance company designed to get you to give up. No help, manager rude and uncaring. Terrible customer service. Camera on unit but too lazy to look at. Lost my stuff and ready to sue in small claims, PS and manager.

lack of security cameras and competent employees make this place unusable.

Very bad service no one ever on property when every business is suppose to have someone on property when it’s open they put another lock on our storage and our bill is up to date they need to remove and never put a lock on our storage without our permission cause now we can’t get into our storage cause of it and there’s never anybody here to get the code for it and also if they don’t remove the lock today July 1, 2024 I will be suing this property cause I have been having trouble with them since I got the unit here I’m tired of no one being here this is not a business and its not being ran correctly the last person that was here was upset and called us to tell us to remove the review cause he got in trouble I’m not removing anything if it’s true so it needs to be removed period today I already got off the phone with my lawyer cause this is going to far now.

I am updating my post. Ends up the elevator was broken. It was fixed the next day... Arrived about 25 minutes before there closing time and the elevator was turned off. There is no notification that they are turned off at certain time. If you close before 9pm as your hours state...post it.

I go to pay my bill Roxanne not there. I tried the next day Roxanne not there. Roxanne never there then had the nerve to charge me lately since I didn’t pay on time never took into consideration that I’ve been trying to pay my bill for weeks left voicemails even waited on site at the property, called the phone and was ignored, how do they have the nerve to charge me all these late fees is completely absurd

They are getting a one cause no one is on property when someone needs them and two people that have a storage does not have to schedule a appointment to talk to them and three if we want to up grade our storage they need to be on site I never in my life seen a job that don't have an employee on it at all

Don't choose this facility. The staff are NEVER there, NEVER answer the phone, and play games with accounts. The staff is unable to do a single thing, even take a payment without the app. So if you lock yourself out of the app good luck. You might as well go somewhere else, this place is a scam

They are too high for no reason this why I went to us storage

Very misleading. Website states mgr lives on site, however, no one is available during business hours. You must make a spot to see someone. The building entrance doors are locked and you can’t get into your unit. You have to make an appt to receive a key. They will not mail it to you. Long term tenants are paying twice the price of the new promotion deals.

I went in to look at an abandoned unit at valley view Dale made me feel welcomed an made sure I found everything I needed with no hassle smile

Customer Service Rep Glenda was very professional. Smiled the entire time. Provided clear directions on location my unit. Even offered to walk around the property to show me the unit. Made me very comfortable. Prices are reasonable. The location is safe and secured. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Hello if your looking for a unit to rent start with public storage on Valley View Blvd. Glenda was very kind and pleasant to deal with you will not be disappointed great clean place.

Nice and clean. Plenty of parking room on aisles... Hallway units had very little room to maneuver large items. Hallway is skinny.

Have contacted and left numerous voice-mails in order to have to lock removed and no one has returned any. Property management never on site. Not customer service friendly

Good and secured facity with zero customer service. Property manager shut her door at 2pm. No moving instructions or direction. They expect you to roam the whole facility to find your space. We got lost and took us 2 hrs to move our stuffs because no one provide a single instruction or communication.

This is the WORST storage unit in all of Vegas. I had multiple items stolen from my storage unit including a guitar, a keyboard, an ipad, a laptop and some of my girlfriend's jewelry and when I went to try and do an insurance claim the insurance company said they wouldn't honor it because there was 'no forced entry' even though the lock was clearly cut off and a new lock was put in its place. I believe it was someone that worked for Public Storage that actually broke into the storage unit. I HIGHLY recommend if you want to keep your stuff to NEVER put it in storage here!

Very unprofessional. I had a reservation scheduled for January 28, 2022, when I arrived there was a sign on the door that stated employee would not be back until 3pm. When I arrived at 3pm, I was informed by an employee by the name of Glenda that the storage was no longer available due to the fact that she rented it to someone else which made no sense being as though I had a reservation. No courtesy phone call was made to verify whether I was still coming in for my reservation or not. I received a call from Glenda 2.5 hours later at 5:23pm to inquire whether I found another storage. I am highly confused as to why would they have someone make a reservation then rent it out the day of my reservation.

I have a storage that is located out of state, so it is important that everything is done right. I have had it a long time and as I pay in person I have had the oppurtunity to visit many locations. I'm leaving this review because I wanted to commend and thank the agent who helped me. Glenda. As a customer service person myself and of course a customer, I appreciate good people and good service. Glenda was warm, proficient, answered my questions and was all around helpful. Glenda was also able to help with an issue with my rent as I said I have had my unit for a long period of time and at the moment can't get to it being out of state. I have had less than pleasant experiences here in Las Vegas with some agents to the point where I only go to certain locations to pay my bill. This was one of the locations that was always a pleasant and competent experience. This was my first interaction with Glenda. She is wonderful and I appreciate the experience. Thank You Glenda.
