DO NOT RENT HERE!! Unless you want to get ripped off and disrespected, look elsewhere. Public Storage is THE WORST self storage company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The elevator is constantly broken and out of service, forcing you to use the stairs where the doors are left wide open for anyone to walk in - never mind that you are not getting the security you are paying for. There have been multiple days when I haven't been able to access my unit because the elevator is broken. The regional manager, Devin Dance, doesn't care, won't compensate me for the inconvenience and refuses to return phone calls. ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE!! CORPORATE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS!! Public Storage is the worst customer service experience I have had in more than 10 years of renting storage units. Calling customer service does not help, they will just lie to you and hang up on you. They say you will receive a call from a manager within 72 hours, but that's a lie because no one is going to call you back. The last time I did get a call, they called while I was still on a call with customer service and immediately hung up on me for no reason! All I said was hello and they hung up on me! I asked the rep if that was my phone call and was told I would definitely be receiving a call within 72 hours. That was 7 days ago and I still haven't received a call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Additionally, hours at this location are too short. No access after 6 pm on weekdays and 5:30 pm on weekends, not convenient at all. You will also find rat droppings on your stuff. Also, no lights in the units and hallway lights shut off every 10 minutes leaving you stacking boxes in the dark. That's how cheap they are. If you still rent here after reading this, you will regret it, Public Storage corporate management guarantees it. I will never rent with Public Storage ever again. I will never recommend renting here. I will tell everyone to stay away from Public Storage. Shame on Public Storage and their terrible managers.

ORLANDO THE ROCK STAR FROM PODS!! Just had two pods delivered to Public Storage on Tropicana Ave. Orlando was the driver and did an amazing job navigating the tight spaces and drop off. We also had trouble with one of the doors on the POD but Orlando worked his magic and got it opened. Thank you so much Orlando for everything you did today and the extra effort you made for us. You were friendly, professional, and kind and I greatly appreciate you. You’re a true rockstar employee!

Came in to get a storage unit Irene greeted us with a warm welcome. Her customer service was friendly I had no issues she offered to let us see the unit before paying we where in and out.

RAT INFESTED! Management thinks this is a joke. We terminated and moved out immediately. If you really want to have reliable clean storage, you won't find it here. The evaluator doesn't work has been out of service for months. Ridiculous. Can rarely find an employee on lot or in office, if you do be ready for an attitude. My unit has been moved once due to rat infested, and now again, but this time no one called to let me know. Very unprofessional. DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE it's definitely not worth paying for. Don't believe me see proof of photos taken. They don't deserve Zero stars. Get out before your stuff gets ruined, too.

EDIT 2: Irene helped me resolve this and get me into a unit. She is amazing. 800 number customer service person was not. EDIT: I just heard from the location and they are trying to make things right. I am going to change this rating tomorrow if all goes well when I go finalize everything. I believe it will as Irene was very helpful. I made a reservation and then an appointment to see the space and finalize. I had to reschedule my first appointment, that was on me. When I showed up on the new day and time no-one was there and it was 112 degrees out so I could not wait. I went home and called and left a voicemail asking to come back when they were available but got no call back. I called everyday for the next 5 days and NEVER got a call back. I left multiple voicemails. Nothing. When I called back today the person said to call customer service. She also said the reservation was good for 5 days and I was on the 5th day as per her words. They would not honor the reserved price. She directed me to call the 800 number for help. All they offered was to give me a refund for the first month to equal the first month being the $74 I reserved it at but after that it would go to $120. That is almost double the price. FYI I found out they are month to month and can and will raise your price as much as they want, even double, depending on market value with only 30 days notice. I am glad the service was bad so I decided against going with Public Storage. Do your research and read the fine print.

Horrible business unprofessional poor customer service, like any other business nowadays no concerns for the customer just a cash grab, phone rep sales me a unit over the phone without telling me the location is appointment only to check in, had to catch a bus in 110 degree heat to find out I couldn't even show Id and check in, had to get another unit with U-Haul because it was an emergency and needed a unit asap no time to wait for an appointment, ask Public Storage for a refund on a unit I never checked into never set foot in got told it would take 24 hours to clear the unit I never seen or been in then 4-7 business days for refund to process, call back 11 business days later told the refund request was never processed even though I called after the first 24 hours and was told it was processed the next day after I originally requested it, the cherry on top is whenever I do get my refund it want be the full amount apparently Public Storage is okay with stealing from customers who they never provided anything at all, PLEASE GO TO U-HAUL OR ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY DEFINITELY NOT THESE CLOWNS 🤡

Irene was very helpful with my bill after my heart attack and had difficulty making my payments. Side note: my unit was broken into, some stuff stolen, rats have destroyed some of my things and they have been trying to resolve this pest problem for over a year. I'm almost knocked back from the smell of rat urine in my unit, but I am alone and can't move my things to another.

This place is having a lot of trouble and the girl who works there seems like she don’t care about the customers but they sent this man to save the day his name was Michael and wow is he amazing the best customer service and compassionate person I’ve ever met I hope he is the new district manager not sure what he dose but wow what a great turn around in service I hope he is here to stay

I have a couple storages here at this location and it's a good location. Clean, simple, and the lady Zoey that work there in the office is very sweet and efficient. She is on top of things there and is really very helpful.

Zoey helped making the process of switching units super easy she was super nice and the property is cleaner and smells a lot better

Worst place to store your goods my storage unit got broken into twice and the staff is never there in the office to assist you. Isnt that so odd ? Ive read other yelp and google reviews of their customers belonging being stolen. If i had known i wouldnt have stored my things there. Theives work there dont store your belonging at that location. Dont say that you havent been warned.

Will give it half a star but that would be too much, this place is in a great location but unfortunately the management or owners don't care in the slightest or at least pretend to keep the place clean, this place is infested with giant rats swarming everywhere, giant black and hairy flies can be seen flying in every corner of the place, and the entire surface is full of the same dead flies and feces of these rodents can also be observed everywhere in addition to the bad smell of rotten meat what floods the place, this storage unit is already overpriced when at the same time it is falling apart, definitely a good place to visit on Halloween but a health risk to families who use it to store their property, Clark County should shut it down and call channel 13 news I will definitely try to make a property damage claim and will never go back or recommend this place to my worst enemy either!!!... Later I will add pictures of the place as a proof of my words...please avoid this place as a customer...

This is the worst place to rent a storage unit. The floors feel like you are going to fall through them. You can tell they never fixed the flooring just painted over it. The repaving they claimed they did was not done very well and there are cracks still in the pavement. There are so many flies hanging out that you would swear there was a body in a unit. They give a 50 dollar at least price increase every year without notifying you. They dont let you have access to your stuff after closing. I have been with the company for a long time and finally i am moving my stuff out! DONT RENT DROM THEM....FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

I have been renting since march 2021 and have had a positive experience here thus far. Also they just added more moving carts which is a plus. I would recommend this location.

I don't like the hrs of operations. 6pm on the weekdays and 5pm on the weekend seems too early also they open too late too. Those are the times most people are at work so it makes things really difficult to drop off or pick up. If they are going to close at those times they should give the people that were there before closing time 30min to leave and not let anyone in past closing time.

Almost every review is fake lol new management is a joke.
