Arville public storage has been great to me for 8+ months now. I needed my toolboxes towed urgently one morning and Ada was able to get me a unit that same morning. Ada has been very helpful with ensuring the unit was safe even after a few late payments on the unit. I highly recommend this specific location as the staff is very helpful and I’ve never had an incident or worry that my valuables would be unsafe.
Ada has some of the best customer service I've experienced this year 2024* I'm sure it want change in 2025* also the property is always clean including the on-site restroom wich is an even bigger plus this property deserves 6 st🌟 rs!!!!!

I rented from this location for a little under a year and no problems at all. I only moved because a more convenient Public Storage location became available. Adamaris handled both my move in and move out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She deserves a gold star or two.

Thursday Normal Week Day 11-2pm we been here to unload for a elderly women still no signs of any workers and code doesn’t work on any door to get in, this is crazy that the property managers live here and a car that’s parked by the office but no way to get into our inside unit as our code for every door leading in says wrong access area and only works for the front gate
Do NOT store your stuff here. I believe the employees are in on it, but all of my things got stolen while I was moving into a new apartments. All of my families home videos, pictures, thee bedroom house of furniture, electronics. Everything that I didn’t want to, but had to store while staying in a hotel between moves. BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY.

I think the company might be poor or something because for the life of me I can’t figure out on what planet it is acceptable to steal $50 from someone who doesn’t want to do business with you. I waited 2 months for a refund for a storage unit I never moved into and I was robbed. Avoid doing business of any kind here I promise you’ll save yourself a headache and some money too

I added a new storage unit with Gina at Arville (and Spring Mountain) she was AWESOME. I was pressed for time and needed a unit ASAP. she was so friendly and personable on the phone. She helped me sign up so quickly (troubleshooting on the fly) and got my space set up. Couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you Gina!!

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!!! MY UNIT WAS BURGLARIZED AND THE STORAGE FACILITY DOESN'T DO ANYTHING TO BE HELPFUL AT ALL! I HAD A 10 x 30 UNIT THAT WAS FULL AND EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF AT ALL! THE FACILITY LACKS PROPER SECURITY CAMERAS AND SECURITY TO SAFELY STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE! WHEN I MOVED IN AND TILL THIS DAY THE GIRL JUSTINE IN THE FRONT SAYS THERE IS CAMERAS THAT SEE OUR UNIT THAT WE DONT SEE??? MY UNIT WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED OUT AND A NEW LOCK WAS PUT ON AND TO ME SEEMS LIKE THEY COULD HAVE MISTAKENLY PUT IT UP FOR AUCTION! THEY DONT CHECK THE LOCKS REGULARLY AND PUT STICKERS LIKE OTHER FACILITIES. NO ANSWERS HAVE BEEN GIVEN! I WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER & WOULD APPRECIATE TO HEAR BACK FROM CORPORATE IN REGARDS TO FAILING TO STORE MY ITEMS SAFELY PROPERLY!

The girl in the office was more helpful than customer service once she finally showed up and told us that corporate scheduled a mass meeting and didn't give them enough time ahead to put up signage and or alert tenants of the late opening. Instead Customer service continued to pretend to call staff from different locations and wasted our time instead of just being honest highly recommend you store your items elsewhere as they also aren't addressing the lack of proper security to stop and prevent the string of break INS that are happening
