Karoline is awesome! I am a long-term renter, and I was considering other options, but she went above and beyond to help me find the ideal unit so that I was not paying more than I needed to. She showed me other units and facilitated the transition. As a result, I will continue to use Public Storage in Voorhees as long as I have storage needs.

We have been renting a unit for 5 1/2 years and needed to downsize. Kim was extremely helpful in making that happen. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Two thumbs up for Kim!
The most nastiest people ever! I called left four voicemails and never got back to me on top of this place is such a rip off. All they wanna do is just steal your money and raise the rent all the time and not care about anybody but themselves and money it’s disgusting. I vacated the day before rent was due and got everything out then got a call saying that they weren’t going to charge me for sept rent when I shouldn’t have even been charged when I moved out in August! And she got attitude when I said that and said I’m just trying to be nice and hung up very rude.
JASZMINE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY NEEDS. SHE WAS A GREAT ADDITON TO PUBLIC STORAGE.

Besides that prices were changing and luckily I decided to call one day and I spoke to someone who thought hung up the phone and the catch to this was and I have it recorded incase it happens again,
Customers don’t always call to ask why the rent is high, so only 5% of customers would call and they don’t know that every 3 months they will raise the rent and all customers have to do is call. They will say let me see if you get “approved” but it’s just a button you click 😊 thanks for the info

My family always had a very good experience with this storage facility. Amy and Antonio, in particular, were very helpful to us. It was a safe, quiet and well maintained facility as of the last time we used it.

When we were done clearing out our space we went to the office to finalize everything and the office was locked in the middle of the day, at 1:17pm. I called the phone number on the office door and was left on hold for so long that I finally ended the call. My mom called and had to leave a message. We left and then had to drive all the way back to the office when they finally called my mom back from the message she left with her call back number. HORRIBLE!
Although my unit is Climate Controlled, high humidity .ust have caused mold to appear on my stored furniture.
PLUS- I am being charged over $500 per month when at another Public Storage facility that is less than 1/2 mile further they are charging only $243 for a larger, Climate Controlled unit.
BEWARE - THEY RAISE THE PRICES SOMETIMES MULTIPLE TIMES PER YEAR - AND IT INCREASES QUICKLY.

When I first looked at my storage unit I realized it was too small so I spoke to Joe in the office. He was extremely friendly and helpful by finding me a storage unit twice the size of what I was looking for but still on ground level. Because of his customer service would definitely refer your company to other friends and family.

From the moment I checked in, to viewing the unit I was renting, all through the time I left, Michele was absolutely amazing. She was extremely kind, informative, and made sure that I was aware of exactly what I was getting for my money. The whole process of reserving the unit over the phone to showing up in person to sign the documents, it was all extremely pleasant! Highly recommend to anyone in the area searching for storage!!!
Public storage out in Voorhees was a great experience! Michelle helped me when I finished using the unit and provided clear and simple instructions for that process. It only took 2 minutes and she was able to close the account. So easy! Highly recommend this location!
