This place is horrible. Moved out in February yet they are still charging. These people are no help. Lost very expensive items due to the mice infestation. Be very careful they are sending empty units to auction off for money. Unit 2131 is filled with items destroyed by the mice. UPDATE, One bad apple should never spoil the tree. The Owner of this place is just awesome!! Thank you for addressing my issues.
Front desk lady was so RUDE overcharged she has short hair and I went in to pay my storage and she said oh they cut off time this morning and she personally stole /sold my storage

The Problem Is Rodents & its droppings destroying people's items. And they didn't do anything about it. No accomodations. I had Everything Thrown Out to the dumbester. After paying 2 years for it. They didn't not protect my Things.
It's full of RATS. All my stuff is soiled with rodent feces. And they want me to pay because I took 4 days to remove my storage after mentioning that I have no help and I'm disabled. They didn't take that into consideration and they want me to still pay for the month of March. I removed everything. BUT THEY SAID IF I DON'T PAY IT'LL GO INTO COLLECTIONS. I WILL SUE THEM If That Happens.

Mice infestation. There is noticeable mice feces and urine stains. Access hours are extremely inconvenient, 9:30am to 7pm, the corporate website says otherwise. Our storage cost was increased more than the standard flat-rate price for a new storage (not talking about promotional rates/discount.)
Safe, clean, with friendly staff and reasonable rates. Will definitely use again the next time we need a storage unit.

In the 2 years that I've rented Andree the manager and Nheyssa have been absolutely amazing! There is always a grounds keeper walking around sweeping keeping the place clean and free of debris. Great customer service and have always been accommodating. Any concerns or issues was addressed immediately without hesitation and always with great services.

As of now, the current property manager is maintains a great interpersonal relationship with customers and a good problem solving skills.

Rat infested storage units, lost thousands in expensive clothes, electronics, and priceless items. All of my things are covered in mice droppings and pee from some type of animal. I'm literally opening $800 shoe boxes that mice have made homes out of. Was told I was only covered up to $500, this is an indoor "climate control"storage. I pay close to $200 a month, for a unit with a broken door that stays open all night long unbeknownst to me. Subject to any outside person and/or animal willing to step inside. The front desk is rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. This place is a scam, renters beware, I've had this unit for 5 years. It's had different 3 owners. I wasn't aware of these problems, living out of town I never could've imagined any of this. Don't Rent Here, you will be disappointed.

A little pricey and inconvenient hours but the staff is nice and storage units are all a nice size. I love that all storage units are inside so no need for climate-controlled units. While it's a little pricey, it's the cheapest around me even though my rates just increased $30
