I’ve been a customer at this particular location for over 12 years and have zero complaints about it. Staff has always been helpful and attentive(at times maybe too attentive as they give many courtesy reminders. Haha) and are always willing to help whether it be getting a different size unit or helping to try and figure out a way to cut cost. Amy has definitely helped in keeping me a customer of public storage even when I’ve considered doing away with it at times. After years of constantly acquiring things that I don’t necessarily want to part with I must say the storage unit does come in handy.

I don't like KIOSK'S that's just me, but I went to the Public Storage located at 2629 Brunswick Ave Lawrence NJ. Where they have a kiosk, and you actually speak to a live person, who was very nice and patient. Her name was Michelle from TX. I was still skeptical so I spoke to a Property Manager named Amy who actually
works at another location. Amy came over to the Lawrence Property to Show me the Unit. She was great! Very easy going and funny too and very professional. Amy showed me a couple of units. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. After, I made a decision to go for it and get the Unit. I had to go back on the KIOSK, which I was dreading, however Michelle was so pleasant and patient. I forgot that I don't like kiosks. Both Michelle and Amy were great! Thank you guys for everything.

I rented a 10' x 20' unit from Public Storage in Lawrenceville and it was a great experience. Joyce, the property manager, was super helpful and accommodating, she had everything ready for me when I got there, and made check-in a breeze. The unit was clean and dry, the open hours are convenient, and the prices were competitive. I would absolutely rent from here again.
I rented from the Public Storage (Lawrenceville, NJ) and the Property Manager Joyce is amazing! She was friendly and had an awesome personality. My unit was clean and the grounds were maintained despite the approx 5 inches of snow we received just days before. As I told Joyce; 10*'s lol
