Nearly waited outside for almost an hour for someone to come to show us a rental space. Hours say open until 5pm yet no one is on the premise several hours before closing time. After waiting 35 minutes (after being told someone would be there in 10 minutes), we were finally contacted again and was told they would “see if the property manager was in the area”. Will be looking somewhere else after one hour later and still no contact.
Amanda was absolutely wonderful and helpful in every single way. She is a huge asset to the company and needs a huge raise.

I have been dealing with them for a few years
I moved months ago across the country, when getting my stuff out i went into the office and canceled. i noticed in december that i was charged for that month and the previous month and have been trying to call and NO ONE answers. its now january and i have been charged again. i am disputing everything but this should never have been a problem in the first place.
Very helpful and professional service and communication throughout the 5 months I had my unit here, including a fast and easy move out process. Would use again. Thank you!

Awful... the roof leaked and dumped water on top off all of our belongings. ruined almost everything we stored in the facility, no care or thought was given by any one who works there, no offer to move us to a different unit. The only offer of help was from one employee who said we could use their dumpster on site to get rid of some of our ruined possessions... out stuff would have been safer if i piled it in our driveway and threw a tarp over it. Completely unbelievable. And all this comes after a letter saying that the rent is going up, clearly the money from people renting is not going toward the upkeep of the facility
Had a great experience dealing with Melanie at the Mantua location. I rented the wrong size unit online and she was very patient in getting me situated with the right one. Geat that I was able to deal with a live person in real time to get me squared away. All this during a weekend when they were getting ready to close. She is a true asset to the Public Storage Company. Thanks Melanie!
