Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3651 Route 9 North, Old Bridge, NJ

Please don't leave your belongings here. I was informed by the company that my unit (along with five others) was broken into. When I went to check, I found that over $6,000 worth of my items had been stolen. I filed an insurance claim with the company, but they denied it! It's frustrating !!you pay for insurance, they notify you that your items have been stolen, and yet they refuse to reimburse you.

Today I had to come in and get a storage. I was a little confused didn’t know which one I wanted, but the guy at the front desk Sam his name is he is so wonderful. I mean he helped me out. He walked me to the storage. he told me all my options. I mean he was so good and I was so comfortable with him. I was about to fill out a job application. if you looking for a storage, Old Bridge storage is the best place to go and is very clean in there.

Download the app and it’s easy access to enter the property. The locks are also sold at the facility if you don’t have one. I will definitely rent from Public Storage in the future.

So here we go again with the public storage between me and my brother we have 15 units with his facilities. We got units few units matawan nj 10 units in old Bridge 3 units in Marlboro They are all drive up units when you’re at the facility. It’s very hard to get any kind of help because there’s never anybody in the office at any of these locations and quite a few occasions. I caught employees smoking, dope and weed sitting in their cars I’ve been cursed out, by employees I reported it to corporate, and nobody did anything now last month we had a snow storm , it was a sheet of ice at all the facilities nobody cleared of snow I took pictures of that I called to corporate. I reported it nobody ever got back to me just recently we had another storm February 12. The snow started around 11 o’clock at night so they should be clearing up snow before they open the facility at 6 o’clock in the morning so customers can have a safe experience while on the property but apparently nobody cares, I’ve not even corporate about these facilities, the safety for customers, yesterday, February 13 I was trying to unload my truck. I got there early in the morning the snow was in the ground. It was not even touched ice all around and I had to unload a truck that came from out of state called the corporate to complain. They just dismissed it cost me $2500 yesterday for doing nothing and having my employees stand around so look at the pictures, I’m gonna put all the pictures and videos from last time and this time This is not the place you want to store your stuff stay away from public storage in tri-state area, New York, New Jersey, PA. It seems to be run by one general manager.

I went there with my mother who rents a unit there and she was having an issue with her passcode thing. I went to the office with my mom and see if we could rectify the issue. Well the counter person Sarah helped my mother quickly and efficiently and made me so happy because she made my mom happy. Thanks Sarah you made my Mom's day. Was very good for storage. I recently moved out after 8 months. Jill, who manages this location was excellent. Very friendly and informative. She explained the move out process and everything went very well. Because of people like Jill, with great customer service, would be the reason I would use this location again. My only complaint was a $30 increase after several months of renting. A bit excessive.

If you leave the property at 9:04pm you can be subject to lease cancellation. There is no extra fee to have access later. So if you are trying to move your belongings in after work you may want to find a alternative that allows access later. Most won’t need access later, if you do BEWARE. We signed up via the app & didn’t know of the policies. First 3 nights we left late by minutes. This is a real issue to public storage. Closing is at 9, 9:01 is an issue. Once you’re in it’s hard to move everything out to another storage that allows access.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jill and she couldn't have been more helpful and responsive when dealing with a situation. She also helped me with some questions regarding my account. It was so refreshing to be able to speak to an actual person regarding any issues and it was quickly resolved. She was very friendly and helpful!

Easy access storage

This was a wonderful experience from the beginning a year ago. These folks are SO helpful and professional and really nice to deal with! The only reason I moved out was that my new apt building finally offered storage space on the property. Special thanks to Harry and Jill who went above and beyond making the move out process seamless. Store your things with complete confidence at Public Storage.

Excellent service and very secure

Someone working here decided to give the date and times I accessed my storage locker to a 3rd Party not on the lease. The 3rd Party was just some crazy lady who knew I had a storage locker here; she was not a police officer or anything like that. She had absolutely no business knowing how and when I visited MY storage locker, and yet someone working the front desk decided to tell her anyway. Crazy Lady then used this information to harass me and complain to the actual police (who laughed at her ramblings, but it was nevertheless annoying to me.) Anyway, I cannot recommend this Public Storage since they were so loose with my account information. What's next? Will they give randos from the street my contact information? Credit card info? I'm not taking that chance.
