The units themselves are fine and the process of renting one was easy. It even looked freshly cleaned when moved in but I'm not happy about paying for storage for 6 months to find my furniture covered in mouse feces and being told there's nothing the company can do about it. Yes, I had insurance and I can go through the lengthy process of filing a claim to reclaim up to $250 while simultaneously moving to a new state and starting a new job but that doesn't do much to remedy the $500 worth of furniture I paid to store for 6 months and am now paying to dispose of.
No I did not have any food in the unit. Yes I began to file a claim with insurance... but my next step is to hand write the claim and get it notarized in order to push the case forward and frankly, all this time I'm spending on the claim is worth more than $250 I might receive when all is said and done.
2 stars. Do better.
I've rented here before and i would still recommend! Jaedyn and Shannon are very professional, friendly, and treat you like family! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t recommend this place is trash ๐๏ธ my storage unit had holes ๐ณ๏ธ on the roof rats ๐ or mice ๐ took over it ๐ and dropping’s everywhere .. the place smells horrible like somebody passed away in there. The guy on the phone sucks talking about he putting food or mouse trap ๐ชค.
Our belongings were only there for 2 weeks and there was rat feces everywhere. It’s disgusting that you can rent out a place like that where we are paying for our stuff to be in good condition and in a clean storage unit.
Needed help with a transfer and Cynthia was very professional and helpful. Great job!

Bernice provided the best customer service that I had in a long time. From our conversation on the phone on Friday until I came in person on Sunday. She followed through on her word. Your company is lucky to have Bernice as an employee. Bernice is the reason I did not move to another storage facility.

They are infested with rats.
I rented storage unit b2115 for 1 month and found out today all my belongings got ruined because my storage facility was infested with rats. I will be contacting the state, the BBB, NJ Attorney general's office, North Brunswick township, as well as my attorney for damages and reimbursement for my belongings.
