Only reason I gave two stars is because the property manager is always nice and informative! The fact that they raise your rent without telling you yet when it’s time to pay rent each month they ensure you get THAT email!! Hidden fees and dues and the space isn’t even big enough to charge what they charge and then RAISE THE RENT ON A SNEAK TIP ON TOP OF THAT! I should’ve never left U-Haul storage. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! MONEY HUNGRY!

I have been utilizing Public Storage off an on for a number of years. I have been fortunate to have met the manager and he is a wonderful person. He is now a good friend of mine. You can develop friendships with great people like him. The only gripe I have is that the manager works very hard and I am aware of the overall pay scale of Public Storage...very low. It is the property manager that keeps everything flowing and there is not enough appreciation for all of your managers and staff.
With that being said...I pray that Public Storage will take into consideration the value of hard working dedicated employees and do all you can to acknowledge them.

As I said in my message above, Billy is still the hardest working manager as well as a caring servant. He continues to look out for everyone he serves. He goes above and beyond the normal service. If it was not for the superb support Billy has shown to our family, we would have not been able to protect our family heirlooms...they would be lost...forever.

Although I lost my $29 long term wise it would have been more of an issue for me to rent storage and him taking the time to explain the process help me out a lot rather than this becoming a headache in the long run.
