Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 51 W Route 70, Marlton, NJ

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I ran into a few issues getting into my unit after I scheduled online, I needed a larger unit than i anticipated. They were so great getting everything in order. I am very happy I moved my storage unit to this location and with public storage.

The experience was easy and fast thanks to Jennifer and Aaron 👍

As far as the experience goes with staff and use of the facilities I would have given 5 stars. The fact that my rates go up every couple of months you get 2 stars. 98 entry rent to $173 in less than a year. 5x10 unit just for your information. Plus I have a parking spot for my trailer. Appears most of the big garages do this. I've moved units twice to get the rate back down, but the second the rate is going up to $130 after 2 months. I've done my research. 130 is fine and I'd happily pay. If it goes back to 173 again I'm going to have to think of alternatives

I had a wonderful experience with Karoline today. I've been a loyal customer for years and after paying over $200.00 a month for my 8x10 space, Jen helped me with my transfer, but Karoline really hooked me up, by requesting a lower rate for my new 10x10 space. This will save me over a thousand dollars for the year. She's an asset to Public Storage, don't let her get away, she's a keeper. Sincerely Barry Messias

HATE THIS PLACE! Moved in in January and in June they jacked my rate up by 78%.. Do not put your stuff here! There were many others that would all not gouge you once you’ve gone through the hassle of moving all your stuff there. It’s like being held hostage.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I rented a storage unit from them in Jan of 2023 when I had items from an estate I needed to store. I finally was able to get rid of the unit in May of 2024. They raised the rates THREE times within the short time I had a unit with them. They are complete crooks! I will never use them again and couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

I recently downsized on my storage unit. A lot of stuff to move, but I could not have had a better experience. Jenn (Marlton) made everything easy breezy. She was extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend Marlton Public Storage.

The storage units are not properly exterminated - as a result, my unit was infested with rodents. Also, PS MGMT keeps playing a price wargame - I was paying $159.00 / mth for an outside unit, and recently received notice of rental increase to $205.00 / mth. Close to a 25% bump - not appreciated. I'll need to check other storage units. The on-site MGMT (Jennifer) is very professional, personable and responsive. Now if they will address the rodent issue.

A place that meets all my needs!

I had a very positive experience with this public storage off rt. 70 in Marlton. Jen was very efficient and expedient! The whole tour and paperwork process took around 15-20 minutes 😃

Had a great experience getting the unit. Took 10 mins to look at the unit and complete paperwork. Very clean and great location. Steve was super helpful!! Highly recommended!!

You can get in and to all the units without a code. Paying a high premium for the fact that they don’t do what they say you are paying for. I’d look elsewhere.

I rent a storage area at this location for a 2 years and never had a problem. The customer service is great every time. I will definitely refer everyone.

I recently visited several storage centers for my upcoming move. I have been greeted with professionalism by all the staff I had the opportunity to interact with. Each location was spotless and I even pulled up to see 2 employees cleaning and I'm confident my belongings will be safe.

Very nice location huge climate building the place is spotless this is not an under statement! The property managers do a fantastic job ! And the bathrooms which I use frequently are always better then my own home.. 9 out of 10 recommend for anyone looking to keep their belongings safe and fresh ! Thanks guys

Had a 10x10 unit for a number of years. Down sized and had old unit 1 day into month. Was told they do not prorate billing. Turned in key and lock. Talked to corporate, and was told they do not prorate rentals and would have to pay for whole month. Was also told was listed as vacated. Was also told that I could not use the just pay for it.

I had several phone interactions with Jenn, the property manager. She took time to answer every one of them with competence and candidness. After touring few units and finalizing terms of agreement, I felt relieved and so reassured that I picked the right storage company for this job. In same hour I was able to access and load my unit- all done maybe an hour give or take- especially if you opt in for their lock/2 keys, $15 insurance, included pest bait, and $7 container of Damp rid to save time and convenience. My unit wasn't lit from inside actual unit because it's an indoor one (vs. drive up) but the hallways have automatic bulbs on timers and their gates accept manual touch keypad as well as remote access from your phone if you care about that. It was safe, painless and honest. There are so many facilities that could have been cheaper with various promotions or costlier, but Jenn helped me decide what was the BEST FIT for my needs and I ended up with a perfect deal in the end that is going to keep me a happy and loyal customer no doubt! All the positive reviews online about her were exactly what I expected and experienced. I would highly recommend checking them out. If you're going to the office be aware that Google maps can be a little misleading for the turn off route 70 Marlton heading west. If you are coming from Evesham Rd. then left down Rte 73, take the lane going straight towards gates and look for the orange and white office towards far left of lot or you'll end up having to backtrack. So nice to have stress of moving during holidays alleviated by the accommodating composure and answers I got from Jenn. I trust that I made good decision going with them because she was upfront about everything I needed to know.Thank you Jenn👍👍🙏☺️

Tracy was great! When I went to move in I realized I was going to need a larger space then the one I rented. She upgraded me quickly and for a great price. The place is so clean and lots of loading carts to share!

I very pleased with all the recent upgrades of my storage location. I do not know if Jennifer is still the manager but I can see how my money is put to good use. The new bathrooms are very hygienic and clean. The hand carts are very handy and make each trip efficient.

Just rented another inside unit for the second time here because the storage area is clean, safe, & ideally located to suit my needs. Tracy was beyond helpful & efficient through the leasing process of my storage unit.
