Update : if you ever move out of state . Be sure to take your things with you . They don’t work with you . Some of the representatives are rude . If you’re ever in a bind , pay your stuff & get your things out . I’m losing my deceased loved one’s belongings because life has hit me in the hardest way . They don’t care about nothing but your funds . You don’t have it , your stuff is up for auction .
Came to office to ask a question and yes it was 620pm but the office was open and the man was on phone when I came in he looked at me like I was crazy and I said I just have a question and he said I’m off the clock so he can’t answer anything poor customer service

This is the first storage unit I've used that I can say I was 100% happy with my unit and the facilities. It's always clean. My unit was clean and ready for me at move in. The people that work there were friendly and willing to help whenever they could, especially Elliot. Every storage facility needs an Elliot for sure! Best of all, their lot has NO POT HOLES!!! If it wasn't so expensive I would have stayed.

We booked a 10 x 10 storage unit at Public Storage in Green Brook - and the process was great, due to the help from Elliott, the site manager. Elliott was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and provided very good advice on best storage options, costs, facility access, available carts and elevator locations. Elliott showed us the available storage bay of the size we were interested in.
The site is well managed.

The unit we were offered was perfect for us the property was very clean well maintained and safe. The property was also very simple so that was a big convenience for us I’m so glad we chose green brook public storage
Not a good experience. They don't take care of their long-time customers. They just keep raising the rents. Started off at about 150 a month went up to over 300 a month. When question about that they did nothing. If I moved into new unit it would have been $146 a month. Go somewhere else.

Great customer service, EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I never enjoying moving, but this particular location has made the process as comfortable as possible. I've dealt with a lot of storage facilities over the years; this one is by far the most accommodating, courteous, and helpful of any I've ever experienced. I am gob-smacked to interact with this level of customer service, anywhere - let alone at a storage facility. Kudos to Elliot and his staff!!
Elliot was a pleasure to deal with. Made everything as easy and simple as he could have and even dealt with two days worth of phone calls and waited for me to get to the storage units so that I can finish in person. Considering the online wasn’t working.
So far so good. Everything was explained in great detail by Elliot. Only time will tell hiw this goes IE my stuff stored here, will see if it looks the same coming out as going in.
