The lady that runs the facility at 6 Dobbs lane in Cherry Hill NJ was fantastic, I kept complimenting the cleanliness and aroma of the office while I was in there. I was switching units and she was extremely helpful in the process. I only knocked one star due to having to switch units (not at her expense, but Public Storage itself because our storage unit rent keeps increasing every 3-6 months) with the housing market as $$$ as it is, we’ve had to resort to renting with little storage space longer than we intended. Our rent increasing, and along with storage rent increasing to double what we originally were paying makes times very hard.
Emily was super helpful during the entire process and went out of her way to help me with some issues that came up. Would recommend to anyone!

Honestly, I'm usually standoffish when it comes to storage units as I find them somewhat expensive, while usually having terrible service. Emily was there to prove me wrong though and made me feel comfortable while not having guilt about the money in my pocket.
