Ryan is the BEST! He communicates well and promptly via email and phone. Ryan was able to resolve the issue with completing the rental online, when the corporate call center agents were not able to assist me appropriately. This location is clean, well lit, and the app works really well the gate access. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks again Ryan!

Ryan's the best.

I rented a space for several months in 2024. The facility was always clean, units are easily accessible, and I always felt my belongings were safe and secure. The manager, Ryan, went above and beyond to help me on my move out date. My movers were short boxes, and not only was I was able to easily purchase them on-site. Ryan was then, nice enough to carry them to my unit for me. Moving days are always stressful, and small acts of kindness like this, helped to make the day a little easier. Thank you Ryan, and Public Storage!

Creepy Uncle Dave here. Well I’m kinda at a crossroads in my life and I found out that I needed to find a new place to live. The problem with this is that don’t have a new place set up yet and I needed a place to store some of my possessions. PUBLIC STORAGE TO THE RESCUE! I found this place to be close by where I will have my temporary living arrangements, clean and reasonably priced. You can make your reservation easily online and move in the next day or if you prefer you can do it the old fashioned way and do it in person. My boss once said nothing takes the place of good old fashioned face to face time especially when it comes to relationships. I didn’t know who or what he was talking about so I paused, raised an eyebrow and walked away without a word. Anyway, no matter which way you decide to do business with this place they are super easy to deal with and very friendly. If you find yourself in one of life’s crossroads or you just need a little extra space check this place out. Tell them I sent ya. -Creepy Uncle Dave

I used Public Storage of Bridgewater to store my belongings while in the process of moving out of state and the employees were above and beyond helpful all the way through my time there. Through lost keys and the junk removal of the remainder of my unit. They made everything easy and efficient. A+ x 10000.

We rented for a brief time while moving, within a few weeks of knowing we'd vacate, the staff offered to extend our introductory rate for the remaining period. Great Manager at Bridgewater's location. While I was there tonight I lost my car key and Ryan was so nice to take the time in helping me find it. He's always so friendly. More businesses should have managers / workers like him.

Public Storage is one of the best decisions I ever made. I have a 10'×20' ground level Storage unit with insurance for a very fair rate. Hours of operation are perfect The guy who runs the facility is Ryan and he is very knowledgeable, polite and down to earth! I highly recommend Public Storage! 5 star place!!!!!

The manager Ryan was always so nice and helpful. After being there for over 10 years and having slight price increases, they raised it almost 40 dollars while renting out units of the same size for 70 bucks. I have removed my belongings. But Ryan was always professional

The guy who works there try to charge us for an extra month we opened the storage unit on April 14th and we got our stuff out after 4 years on March 6th And he still tried to charge us for an extra aunt so total rip off total Con artist $300 for 10 by 7' unit I think

Not many businesses, especially storage facilities which I am very familiar with, would have handled a situation such as mine in the manner Public Storage did. To me this is a feather in their cap and I am going to spread this information with many I come in contact with especially at my church which is where most of my supplies are used. We rented a storage space this past weekend. We just made it before closing with 5 minutes to spare! Ryan took care of us. He was courteous and very professional. Most people would say "I'm closed," not Ryan. He helped us with the registration and even gave us a tour of the place. The facility seems well taken care of and clean. I rented a space there the keys do not open, I tried several times to get my things out to deliver the storage and only until Sunday was I able to speak with the manager who told me that he could fix it until Wednesday, I authorized my husband to pick up the new ones keys and when he went to pick them up they were not given to him, he tried to vacate the storage 10 days before and now due to his negligence I have to pay another month

Facility is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Process could not be any easier. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage place! Pricing is very fair as well!

Storage facility and service is OK. What is not OK is the sneaky pricing strategy. Been a customer at this storage facility for over a year. Needed a second unit. Checked their website for pricing and it quoted me $173 for a 10x7 unit. Of course at the time of signing the amount becomes more all of a sudden, since "it is closer to the elevator" I was told. Does not seem like a big deal month by month, however for a year it ads up to an over $60.00 charge with taxes and this left me feel uneasy. If they will not fix the issue we well move our business elsewhere and instead of gaining sixty bucks, they will loose thousands of dollars worth of business.

Today was my last day utilizing this Public Storage location for my storage needs. After having been a customer for over a year and a half, I would like to say that I have never been treated with such amazing customer service and satisfaction as I have by Ryan at this location. Ryan was great and always helpful. He assisted me tremendously with my move out of the unit. I was not able to be at the unit as I currently live out of state and needed assistance opening the unit for me in my absence, and in guiding the movers. I am so pleased with the service provided by Ryan as he is always kind, patient, efficient and went above and beyond. If you ever need to rent a unit, I recommend doing so at this location!
