Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 6220 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, NC

I’ve been with Public Storage for 6 or 7 years now and have had to move several times. The sales lady, Tiffany, was the BEST person I’ve worked with in this company. She not only was knowledgeable, but helped me understand the entire process. She walked me through every detail with patience and grace. She should be in charge of customer service and given a raise! Many thanks to her.

I just had the best customer service experience in my life, and I am a senior person. I was having unusual system issues upgrading from my current storage unit to a bigger one online. Extremely frustrating. I called company help line which was fruitless and they instructed me to call local office which I did and left message. In quick turnaround, I wound up talking WITH Tiffany. I was literally amazed at how professional, patient, and knowledgeable she was in picking apart what turned out to be a glitch in the way their processing system works with android phones during the payment part of the application. She took about 25 minutes working out the problem and staying on the phone while I was trying some things out. Her demeanor was so friendly that I did not get upset because I could sense that she was getting to the cause of the problem, which she did. All during the she was so positive and upbeat. Unbeatable customer service and aptitude. Hope anyone reading this is fortunate to have Tiffany, or someone with her character, help you with a problem. Tiffany, you are a gem!!!

We initially had some issues with finding the right unit for our items and ended up at another Public Storage location. While there was no service person at the location at the time we realized we needed to change locations, customer service was very helpful in managing the process and allowing us to shift over without additional hassle or undue cost. I realize that sometimes the locations are not always staffed but appreciate the outreach provided by Public Storage in getting everything squared away.

Chris was on site, and though he had limited time, he helped me by drilling my lock, as I had lost my key. He was very helpful and professional. And he saved me a lot of money, as I did not have to call a locksmith.

I was stuck at the public storage space and unable to close my door when I spotted Chris in the lot and asked him for help, he got the door closed and helped me out, he saved the day! Thanks so much Chris, you rock!!

Public Storage is my go to for storing my belongings. I love their climate controlled units, as well as the great security they have to protect my things.
