Poor customer service and assistance from General Management along with District Manger. I paid my storage fee and unable to access my unit for an entire month and they still charger me. The representative tried reaching out to the higher up but they are not very responsive and don't treat their customers with the necessary service while occupying for their units. My issue is still unresolved. Maybe a Google review will help this matter.
I’ve had nothing but issues with this Public Storage location. The AC in the climate-controlled units hasn’t worked for over three months, making it feel more like a sauna than a storage facility. I’ve tried reaching out to the property manager multiple times, but my calls have been completely ignored. If you value your belongings and want responsive service, look elsewhere. This place has been a huge disappointment.

I'm not one for change and not having someone at this location all the time is change. I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy while she was cleaning the floors and what a delightful burst of energy she was. She showed me how I can use my app and pay at the machine. Thanks for smiling when I was not

Good location
Avoid this location. They just increased monthly rates by 40 bucks when I am already overpaying for a "climate-controlled" unit that isn't actually climate-controlled. All of the window seals near my unit are broken and it has been noticeably hotter inside the unit than it has been outside every single time I've been there.
Great experience at this location with Armani. Truly went above and beyond to make sure all of concerns were address and resolved! Highly recommend to everyone!!
I received SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE from Armani!! Before I arrived at the facility, she called me with a very welcoming tone to confirm my reservation. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a smile and a will to help. From the time that I walked in the door to the time, I left she assisted me with ease and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that I was taken care of!! She deserves a promotion!! This is what customer service should feel like! I was very impressed and hope to work with Armani again in the near future! :))

Due to a system issue, my reservation was not valid. I was initially upset but Amani could not have been more helpful. She researched several sized units at several locations and found one perfect for my needs. She exhibited professionalism, knowledge, and most of all kindness, which was much appreciated after a trying day. I can't express enough my appreciation.
