Had to rent a unit while we moved. Was there for a few months and Diana couldn’t have been more helpful. From getting us boxes and moving supplies to how convenient it was getting and moving out of the locker. Would 100% rent again.

I came into the property just to gather information. Unfortunately the size requested was not available at that specific location. Diana was very helpful with providing the correction information to her knowledge regarding the rental insurance and promo. Tayjza assisted with checking other location availability in the area.
At Walmart self checkout I saw the shirt Tayjza was wearing and asked about information. I was hesitant as I didn’t know if she wanted to talk about work while off the clock. Biggest smile came on her face and she kindly explained how the process worked, unit sizes, as well as speaking with someone named Diana who was currently working. I informed her I would be there when I had a chance because I was having trouble finding a truck. I didn’t think to go online until she brought it to my attention. Tayjza also helped me with U-Haul information. I will not lie. I tried to steal her to come work staff management at my private practice but Tayjza declined my offer while letting me know how happy she was at her current job. Hey it was worth a shot.
I was searching around price checking and stumbled upon this storage building. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Tayjza. After having small jokes about how unique her name was she gladly gave me all the information I needed. Very knowledgeable and pleasant young lady. She was able to offer me a deal that beat four buildings I previously contacted. It’s very clean at this site and affordable. I would/have recommended this place to my friends and family. If you go there let tayjza know I sent you.
I was inquiring about a storage unit online & couldn’t seem to get the answers I was looking for. Called the office on a Saturday & spoke with Tayjza. She was able to help so much & even was able to call back with additional information regarding yearly prices. They rock!

Would rate zero stars if possible these people fraudulently sold my personal belongings to a stranger including my social security and tax documents after neglecting to apply monthly credits to my account that would have made my account up to date on payments. I am absolutely disgusted and will likely have to hire a lawyer to sue. I would not use this company your prized possessions will not be cared for and you will not be valued as a customer.

Today makes the third time that I have dedicated time out of my day to access my unit and am unable to obtain access. The first two times they must have closed early without notifying their customers, and today they’re painting with no access to inside units- there is a phone number for the office posted on the door in which is unattended.
This unit is in between the locations I moved from and to- that makes this an hour trip one way. This is 6 hours of my day, miles on my car, and gas that I could have utilized my time otherwise. Two stars because there is one woman I see working here often and she is the bees knees.

Diana was extremely helpful and patient. I needed to rent a parking spot for my boat which I did not have with me. I had to look at several spots as well as the turns to try and decide which route and parking spot would be the easiest and best to navigate my boat into. Took me probably 30-45 minutes of back and forth to make my decision. Quick and easy rental once we got through some of the computer glitches. Also was very surprised that the sale price is good for 8 years. Wasn't expecting that til I saw the first bill. So I'm set for a while on parking.

I normally don’t write reviews but this is an exception. Diana is warm, friendly, helpful and an exceptional employee! She called me back when she said that she would. She answered all my questions in detail and she put me at ease with all my concerns. She explained and walked me through every step of signing the lease. It’s comforting to know that someone like Diana is at the place where I have my personally belongings. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

POSITIVES: Diana is the most important reasons that I am back using this storage facility after two years of having my boat at a local marina for what anyone else would have considered a convenience. I should have never left but I AM BACK to almost the same spot that I originally had only thanks to her follow up with me On top of that, the property continues to be very well taken care of and it feels I never left. It continues to be convenient to get in and out, and she has always offered the services with friendliness, courtesy and a high level of respect.
If this site would allow 6 stars, I am sure that anyone else would be hard pressed to be better than she is.
