The online process was very easy to navigate and convient.. Everything was already in place after I spoke with a representative. Also the main office called as well and went over everything.
I did my rental process online and at first I was a little nervous, but it was very simple and convenient, and the office was calling and helping me through the process as well to ensure that I got the unit that I wanted in the time being. I’ve also been able to make payments online and it is made it very easy to do.
My son and I recently hadthe honor of meeting manager Tyrell. He was within the property, greeting everyone and going over the contract rules for the best experience-expecially when moving out. COMPLETELY clean and lock removed. His presence is most welcome.

First off I rent from the storage unit on cone Blvd in greensboro. They raised my rent and when I called to complain about the door to the building of my indoor unit was broken anyone can get in there they left my rent at regular but I was on auto pay so I forgot to follow up. Months later the door still isn’t fixed and they want to sell my stuff for a few days late. If they fix the door I wouldn’t have any issues paying rent now all they say is I can move it to a different unit. If it was that easy you think I would do so… public storage at this location is thieves. Period and for some reason they won’t fix the door nor lower my rent I’m going to the news station.

I paid my first months rent on the 22. Wanted an 8 by 10. Didn’t have one. Paid over 100 dollars on the 22 for the rest of the month and next month and here they come asking for more money on the first. I do wonder exactly what I paid for. They knew I was paying cash. They have days off during the week in the office. no first free month. Total extortion for late fees, Lock replacement. Yes they’re willing to work with you as long as you buy this as long as you pay for this fee as long as this and that.

This store is run remotely on Tuesdays and Wednesday. No on staffs the store on these two days! The staff is honest and caring, and will give you the information you need. Access hours at this location is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All cars need a license plate and be drive able. The staffs honest and informative. Public Storage is a great place to store your items.
