I love the lady Ms. Doomes who was dressed professional and greeted me and my husband with the upmost respect. We love the fact that the properly was clean and no trash laying around. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place raises the rate like no tomorrow and without any notice at all. They took the 10x10 unit I’m renting and raised the rate all the way up to $400/month. I’ve called SEVERAL times to move out with no answer or reply and now they are adding fees and insurance. This place is a complete scam and once you move in they make it practically impossible to move out of without paying a fortune to do so. I hope I can save someone else from the hell I’ve had to endure through this storage unit facility. They also claim to offer no “pay to vacate” and refuse to accept any accountability for continued raised fees. Please, take it from me, do not use this storage facility
Just recently I went to do a check on my storage unit and Julie was super kind !!! She even helped me save on my bill going forward! Now that’s what I call real good customer service ! Every time I need something pertaining to my unit or need a question asked, Ms. Julie is on it! Public storage on Electra drive in Greensboro is a better place bc of Ms. Julie! I want to give a detailed account of my experience at this location.
I went in to look at several size spaces. The lady greeted me at the door with a smile, even asked how was I doing? After the greeting she allowed me to tell her what my needs were.
Being that I was a little vague about the size, she offered to show me several. As we walked, she informed me of all the amenities that PS offered. She was so friendly and helpful. She even offered me water when we got back to the office. I couldn't commit until my home is sold in February, .I will definitely be renting with Julie. Thank you PS for an amazing experience. Julie is an amazing representative for you establishment..

Finally, I stumbled on this place & the receptionist Julie was a God send. She was able to get me into a storage unit the same day, without breaking my pockets. I love that they offer several locations, with one being 7 minutes from my house. The units clean and secure. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone and be sure to ask for Julie if you want excellent customer service, as well!

One of the best experiences I ever had is with Ms. Julie dooms at the Electra Drive location of public storage. She made it comfortable for me to move my things into storage. She used clarity and professionalism when explaining my storage application. She helped me get ALL the supplies that I needed at a very decent price. She even helped make my move out just as comfortable. I would recommend her to EVERYONE.

Julie the manager is always so pleasant and friendly.. Not one time , that I have arrived ,was she not cleaning. One day she explained to me how to run the elevator, which is an older model freight elevator. And me being me ,forgot how to run the elevator. I called Julie and she did not waste any time coming to the rescue. She came , taught me how to run the elevator, she did not get upset ,but said," my job is to assist you". She deserves recognition, she works hard when I see her.
