Beware ! The storage facility on 3206 N O.Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405 is not worth the money. Their rates are too expensive because their storage units you can break through them. My storage was broken in on both sides. Their storage is not of quality. They do not want to be liable. Their mission and calues statement is not about the business but for their employees,

Do not use public storage! Especially on Henry O Blvd. in Greensboro, NC. They are expensive. They want you to get their expensive insurance. or your own. Not worth it! The storage unit is not durable. they broke through my storage on both sides. The attendant can steal your personal belonging. They took tables, chairs, and washer and dryer from me. File a police report. Call the police! Public storage does not want to be accountable. A storm pass by and when I was packing to leave with personal vehicle and storage truck was struck in location for two days! No help, the gate did not want to open.

I wanted to give this young lady a review yesterday but I was in between moving and had a lot going on. When I came to public storage I was angry because I had to get a unit due to unforeseen circumstances . Quannas smile and demeanor immediately changed my attitude once she greeted me at the door. She saw tears in my eyes and offered tissue.She showed me that she cared about me as a person and for that I’m forever thankful for her! I didn’t know what size unit to get but she definitely helped me pick the right one! We look on the computer and also went to a few spaces. I was so indecisive but Quanna made sure I was comfortable with my choice. While helping me sign the lease 2 other customers walked in and instead of her ignoring them she said I’ll be with everyone in minute. She has amazing customer service. No one felt left out and we all got equal care. Thank you for having her!!

Storage was the one major bump in the road on our move to NC but Quana did her very best to smooth out that bump. She worked hard at getting us a discount on our storage unit in the size we needed, despite the costumer service rep on the phone being unhelpful and sometimes rude. She was gracious, kind and helpful and it made us all feel very thankful for good people in the world! Quana alone would the reason I use this Public storage location again.

I would NOT rent here. Info given on phone and confirmation different from what we were told when we went into office to complete rental. Felt like we were being scammed. Enrique was abrupt, rude, and disrespectful. Needless to say we will not be renting here.

Currently renting a storage unit from this location. I did everything on the phone with a CSR. It’s only been 1 month and they are charging me $400 how??? The monthly fee stated to me hasn’t been honored as well as a late fee, lien fee, then to top it off they tell me the unit is up for auction this month. Please remember the main detail IVE ONLY HAD THIS UNIT FOR A MONTH!! Every CSR was rude when I called as well as the supervisor she told me I shdv read the fine print. In the country I live in or a rep is going over a contract with you over the phone theh sends you a link I’m trusting his word as an employee. Otherwise I would have went online and tried to do it myself. I’m currently waiting on a call from “someone” but I did just receive an email for a credit of abt $31 bucks I believe which is farrrrrr off from what it should be. On a positive note the property manager there is so nice and courteous, she has also followed up to see if anyone has reached out to resolve this. There’s not more that she can do but still she’s so nice.

Please do not rent a storage unit online from this location. They send you confirmation that your unit is ready but then you get there and they have a lock on your unit, the office will be closed because they do not follow the hours that are sent to you in the confirmation and to make matters worse customer service keeps transferring you back to the property that is closed. Horrible customer service experience.

You will lose time and money if you try to rent from here. My unit had a lock on it already when I tried to move in. There was no one in the office for 24 hours. I have been on the phone with customer service and this location demanding a refund. They all say they will send it to their supervisor, and yet, the next person I talk to doesn’t see anything in the notes about a refund. This place is a total scam, literally ripping people off. This is not a business, just a legal, money stealing joint.

Did not honor the monthly price online when I signed up. When I finally decided to cancel and remove my items EVERYTHING was covered in MOLD and some items had water damage. My lock had been tampered with so the key wouldn't work and I had to rip the lock which was extremely easy to do. Terrible service, terrible price, terrible facility. I would give 0 stars if I could.
