Terrible customer service. Storage got broken into, No call… they put a new lock after 5 weeks of no lock and no call no key no communication.. I would rent elsewhere..

One star is significantly more than is deserved. My door has been broken since I moved in, getting it fixed is basically impossible and getting anyone to call back is completely impossible. I can't even get into my unit and I'm paying nearly $100 a month. I'll be ripping the door off myself if it isn't fixed soon so I can get my stuff out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My first time ever renting a storage space. The lady helped me pick a storage unit that was just right for me. She was very friendly and explained everything in detail. In the future if I need or know of anyone needing a unit I would recommend this storage facility.

This place is awesome, the move in was quick and easy. They also have great security on sight. Will be using again. Highly recommended!!!

Started renting a storage space 3 months ago and was told that the rate would increase in 6 months. After 3 months, fees went up by $40. When I called the location, the representative told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they said that they reassess rates every 3-6 months and increase these rates depending on demand. Also, told that there is nothing that could be done and that property management has stated the new rate would stand. In closing, beware of this company. They will increase the rate without warning, and not do anything to accommodate you as a consumer. There are other local companies in the area who will not do this. Great service

I rented a unit in April until today. It was ok , not the best but we needed storage quickly. The rate for a 5x7 with insurance and lock was 96 a month. Ok great whatever, then I get an email saying my 5x7 unit is going up to 114 a month. That's not right. It's little bigger than a walk in closet , outside and not climate controlled. That's highway robbery. The entire compound is nasty and not well kept , there is no one on site so if you have an issue you just have to hope the kiosk is working. We moved out and will not return to this location. There are better kept climate controlled units nearby that are cheaper and have staff on site to assist you. Do better please. People are struggling badly enough right now without getting hosed over storage units.

Kiosk wasn't working and had to drive to Union Rd to the office, and Laura spent 2 hours back and forth on the phone to get everything set up right. I appreciate having someone who is willing and patient enough.

It's a great place to store your stuff. The staff is awesome and the blonde that works behind the desk is gorgeous. Very friendly I wish she was single

You can't beat the customer service that you receive here. Laura and Camero are so nice and willing to go out of their way to help.

This place is gross, dirty and the units are filthy. There has been a sketchy cooler covered in flies a couple units down from mine, sitting outside for over a week. (Pic attached) No telling what is in there. I have included a photo of the sign by the dumpster, which clearly states “Help Up Keep Your Space Clean”. So after cleaning my unit because it was disgusting when I first arrived, I took my trash FROM the unit to that dumpster and then was fined $75. Clearly the don’t want to keep it clean by the looks of it. The storage units on Hudson are brand new, Wayyyyy cleaner and cheaper, go there!! Do not rent from here unless you want insects and spiders all in your stuff.

Being that this place is a kiosk it's so hard to get a return call back. The tree branches in the back are not groomed and hanging down so if you bring your truck or a car back there you have to move the trees branches out the way in order to get to your unit. The doors to unit have cracks in them even though you pull down and lock it so I know your furniture or whatever else you have in there have rodents running around. I have a wood frame picture in the unit when I opened the unit up the first thing I noticed was the frame was chewed up though plastic that was around the picture frame. It made me cringe to know I am paying for my valuables to be there safe and sound and I'm paying for a family of rodents and spiderweb in my unit. It disgusting can't wait to move out this unit and I may have to trash some of my items. It was the closet storage place to my house and I hate that I didn't put my valuables in a climate unit. Don't go there protect your valuables.

Terrible place to rent from and not safe at all. Several units including mine were broken into within the first month of renting. They moved me into another unit but they raised my rent 3 times in less than 2 years. I can’t wait till I can get out of this location
