I spoke with Kim today regarding my daughter's unit. She discussed the information with me considering I pay the bill. My daughter rented the unit on August 31st since that time she has been paying ridiculous fees that they refuse to completely explain. They keep referring you to corporate and they won't answer calls or return any. Kim was very rude and shouldn't be in the public sector handling any affairs with the public. She had a male coworker there at the time and felt her comments were comical when trying to get an understanding of exactly where my money is going. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever rent from public storage stick with another company because at least they don't have any hidden agendas with pricing.
Kim was wonderful! She and her staff were very friendly and welcoming.. eager to answer any questions I had. The facility was beautiful and in a great location. Customer service goes a long way and this is obviously a priority here! Thank you Kim for being so personable and welcoming!

I just paid late fees and charges which was my fault do to unforeseen circumstances but her welcoming personality made me feel better. Customer service makes committing to business worth while. She went above and beyond to be attentive and be empathetic to what I was saying demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Cement from the ceiling fell on my stuff. The on-site manager was responsive but didn't offer anything other than file a claim with my insurance and move to another unit.
If you rent here expect rates to go up. Mine went from $54 to $85 for a 5x10 over a year. Also don't bother paying more for the first floor because there is a second floor drive up entrance. The first floor is not more convenient and seems to have building issues.

'Not Big Truck Friendly' Clean, 90° outside today felt like 99 very glad it's an indoor facility. But they need some real parking maybe 8 spots total some in back and some in front only 2 doors for loading in the building meaning you can be waiting for awhile to unload/load your unit, I waited over an hour to unload made a long hard day packing and moving even more dreadful, hallways can be a little tight. Take note 'Do Not Use' a large truck parking is not big truck friendly. But it's indoors

They have gone out of their ways to let me know the most efficient and cheapest ways to save time/money when I had trouble moving stuff out. It's a really nice place to store your belongings and is alot cheaper price wise than all of these other new storage facilities popping up all over town . You'll get twice the room for half the price compared to other facilities .
