My experience has been terrible! My stuff has been here after moving from a house to a apartment temporarily 6-7 months later all my things are infested with cockroaches and water bugs. The insurance is an insult! The max payment is $250 after a $100 deductible! That doesn’t even cover the washer and dryer that sits there with bugs in it! I have lost everything of value and on top of that I now have to pay have my infested belongings removed and dumped somewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!! I REPEAT DONT DO TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!! Unless you love living with bugs!!!

I called and put on reserve a storage unit on September 5. The attentive date to get moved in was September 7. On the day I was supposed to get moved in, I received a call from “Samantha “ the property manager saying that I needed to come in and put a lock on the unit because the seal had been broken and the lock was removed. Of course, I became concerned because I had not even moved in and someone had already broken into the unit. So I asked the property manager, does this happen a lot at this location? Samantha, got smart at the mouth with me saying “ It has happened before on the 2nd floor. We will find out who did it and we can replace your lock.” I said but that is not making me feel any better! Does that happen a lot? Then I said, never mind, just cancel my order and refund my money back please. Then she got smart and said I cannot do that in this level you will have to call the 1 866 number. I called the 1 866 number and explained to a customer service rep named “James” who said he was putting in the request for the refund and to vacate the unit and I should have the $80 plus dollars back within 3 business days. Well, I got $21 back on the card for the stolen lock. So I waited two more business days and NOTHING! So I called 9 12 23 to see what was going on with the refund only to be told by Tanisha and two other agents, it had not been put in for the refund! I requested to speak with a supervisor and put in hold two more times and finally Alfred come on the line saying “I will have to put in a dispute because “ the property manager “ was supposed to put in for the refund! I asked him are you the Supervisor? And you are saying you cannot expedite the process? Is it not clear that someone dropped the ball here? This is not my responsibility, please refund my money and expedite it within the 24hour range, sir. The experience was unprofessional and if a company is not willing to make right their fault, they were NEVER trustworthy from the beginning! Save yourself the trouble and hassle. Skip Public Storage at this location.

Came to clean out a unit with my dad and Amanda was amazing.
Our things were in a unit at this facility for two years. Upon retrieval of our things, about half of it was completely ruined with mold and an ungodly stench. Everything else was covered in mildew and had to be completely and expertly cleaned. In addition to the mildew on the things that were salvageable, our boxes were infested with spiders. After spending a lot of money to store our things during a move, we spent so much money replacing, professionally cleaning, etc. It has been a horrible experience. Please go elsewhere.

You're better off with a local storage facility if you can find one with space. Corporations always being what they are. There is absolutely no wiggle room with them, and they will straight up hound you if you're even a few days late. And there isn't always someone on site. I've been screwed twice because of that. They lock your unit up after two weeks and don't take the initiative to unlock it once you catch up. So if no one's there when you come by for your stuff, you're screwed. It's just been a very stressful experience. And this particular facility is old as dirt, so there are annoying little problems. Like you have to get out and enter your code to both enter AND exit. There's no reason it can't be a motion sense exit gate (except that everything there is old).
