Quick and all virtual. Secure facility! Only thing I would recommend is some weed killer around the units.
Asher was absolutely amazing. We needed some assistance looking at different units. The woman in the office was assisting other customers and Asher went above and beyond to go out of his way to show us multiple different units and answer all of our questions. If you're needing a storage unit I would definitely recommend coming here.
Would recommend rather using ExtraSpace storage. My unit rate there has remained unchanged in over a year. Much better experience overall.
If you like to get robbed, this place is for you. They advertise low rates, but you will find they get jacked up quickly.
For my basic 10x15 unit (outdoor unit, no AC, no insulation) = rates raised to $170/ month in roughly 6 months.
Also side note, less than ideal front desk staff experience. Tattoos, ear gauges, quite abrasive and unapologetic regarding my questions about the situation.

Had a friendly experience with customer service representative Vickie I at the Claremont location. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the information I was requesting.
Vickie was very helpful when assisting us in renting a unit. She presented all the options and helped us choose the right sized unit for our family.
The employee by the name of asher has a horrible attitude to customers and about his work place he or she don't get paid enough to apparently even have any form of customer service bad mouths the work place and the people trying to rent. Extremely un helpfully and disrespectful.

This is a very conveniently located facility right off the interstate, and it is very well taken care of. Asher is the best at what he does and is always helpful and knowledgeable! You won't find anybody better to rent a unit from.
Will constantly harass you over money you don't even owe. And constantly make threats even after the unit has been relinquished

What a rip-off gig these folks are. Stop your auto-pay, then send you a link by text with a link that won't work. It was a "no-reply" number so you can't respond to question it even I had thought that would safe. They used a new name- so I figured it was a scam/spam text. I was right, but in a different way. So - I get a $15.00 late fee. They said they have no ability "not to charge" that fee. I will be out before the next fee is due. I am guessing Gene had no idea he sold out to scammers.

This storage facility was recently acquired by public storage. I attempted to close my account twice when PS took ownership before the end of the month, but I was told my account could not be closed out because of system issues. Now I’m being told that I have to pay an extra month’s rent on an empty unit because my account was not closed out by the first of the following month? I do not know much about the company Public Storage but not a very good first impression. Keep your expectations low.
