Patricia was amazing, compassionate, and helpful!
This establishment truly stands out! Patricia provided exceptional service during my visit. I arrived feeling frustrated and pressed for time after a disappointing experience at the 9400 location. However, Patricia’s professionalism and attentiveness turned things around. She actively listened to my concerns and presented options that were perfectly tailored to my needs. Her assistance made all the difference, and I greatly appreciate the level of care she provided.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Patricia and Amanda! They were both amazing and always promptly answered any questions I had. My process was smooth and easy, and their helpfulness really made a difference. Highly recommend!
I would stay away from Public Storage especially this location. Receptionist doesn't know what they are doing. Caused me to be over charged . Refund can only be issued by check which takes weeks to review and mail ..it's been 6 months and each time I call its a different story. Not to mention on my move out day a unit was broken into.. I recommend any other storage unit but Public Storage.
For the most part our experience so far has been good. I really like the app. Opening and closing the gate is so easy. The only issue I have found is that once I get to the the building I can’t access my code to open those doors because we’re too close to the gate and it wants to open the gate all the time and therefore can’t access the code. I solved the problem by taking a screenshot of the access code so it’s in my photos now. The other issue is carts. There is only one cart for this whole building so we have brought our wheelbarrow and I’ve seen others bring beach wagons. We shouldn’t have to do that. The storage space itself has been a blessing for our situation and the price was ok.
I called last week concerning a increase in my bill. When I rented the unit, I was informed that the rental price would not increase. I called and spoke to the same young lady that rented me the unit and she denied you told me it would not increase. And hung up on me. That was very unprofessional and suggest training your employees how to communicate with customers

Needs more carts. Only one between the two buildings. If cart is in the other building you can't get to it.
PLEASE DON'T GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE! NOT EVEN CHRISTMAS STOPS THEM FROM BEING DISGUSTING INHUMANE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY TO SINGLE FAMILIES OR FAMILIES WITH DISABILITIES!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
Sold my unit right after Christmas!!!! No one is ever at the property to get assistance. Horrible ruthless insensitive company. I will never go here or advised anyone to go to that location.

Workers are super rude and property manager is the rudest one of all was rude when I was there then I called later that day to ask for the girls name and told me none of my F-ing business and hung up on me

Clean. Seems to be a challenge to reach the front desk on the weekends. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response for my code for getting inside....fortunately, after traveling 250 miles, I figured out how to obtain it on my own after an 1.5 hours or so. Come prepared, and if you scootch in on someone else's open code, remember you also need the code to leave 😵💫...don't do it (no, I didn't do that, a friend reminded me).
Fortunately, the one orange cart for the building was available (and pretty dirt-ay🤢), but so helpful. The cost of my bin has almost doubled in price since COVID, but then again, it has been a thus far uneventful, clean, safe place to keep belongings (may that contine) and for that I am grateful. Thank PS.
All was good until my unit was broken into after the security checks (inside job whether it be tenant or management). Now I am trying to f/u on my case, and there is no information, no f/u, and no one ever seems to be in the office. According on the detective working on my case, he has been over the office several times and NO ONE is ever at the office, nor has Corporate return his calls.

PS is a trap!! They only accept payments on the 1st of the month!! Everyone doesnt get funds on the 1st of the month. This so you WILL MOST LIKELY BE PAYING A LATE FEE.They gave me a number to call to try to address this bad practice, but this "Customer Service" number is a joke!!! No one ever answers it!! Now besides the $33 per month late fee, they are putting" a lein" on the storage 🙄

Everytime I go up there to see about sizing on storages the door is always locked . I called the property manager twice and left 2 voice messages no call back. When I called the third time after an hour I was given attitudes for no reason. She kept stating that they close at 6 after I kept telling her that I come there all the time and the door is closed . I’m definitely thinking about cancelling my reservation now

Arrived on site to see about my reservation and check the sizing so I can make my finally decision and was met by a very rude young lady. Instead of her explaining that she was on lunch and can assist me at a specific time she made several hand gestures at me and said “ but what do you want I’m eating. Public storage just lost my $168 storage rental because of her actions.
I spoke with Love today, and she gave me all the help that I needed. Provided me with quick and accurate information that made my experience with Public Storage great. Thanks Love!
