Extremely disgusting customer service. The office manager is never on site. Units are leaking and after we changed the unit because our stuff got ruined, they would not honor the special pricing as promised by their customer service Valerie. The most disgusting company to ever deal with. Save yourself the headache and go store your stuff somewhere else. These people have no ethics.wish I could give negative 5 stars.
BEWARE!!!! My unit was broken into along with 3 or 4 other units. About 1k of items were stolen. The units seemed to be specifically chosen pointing to an inside job or done by someone that had knowledge about this location. The woman at the front desk while nice had no idea what was happening or what policies or procedures are in place in case of such occurrence. A manager or owner was contacted but made no effort to come to the location or reach out to us. I would not trust my belongings here. Pictures of a unit the staff just left open, not sure if they even know they’ve been broken into other photo of tools used by thieves left in our unit.
No one here during business hours!!! **several times**!!! Drove 5.5 hrs to collect my things today, now my key/lock is jammed & there is no one here to help!!! This is going to cost me another hotel night!!!! An Unstaffed office is not what I’m paying $191/month for. You raised your prices like two or three times since I started my account ONE year ago to almost double my original rate!!! You have posted business hours - this is awful. Been calling for 3 days to ensure a smooth move out and no one is here. Need supplies you sell in your store. Lost money bc I had to pay movers that I’m having to send home!!! Check your messages call people back. I have sensitive documents in my unit, thousands in clothing and furniture. I don’t live here anymore and need to leave with my stuff. What a nightmare.
Update: There appear to be a number of improvements at this facility. Several carts were available last time I went. My phone calls have been returned and staff were very helpful. Thanks for listening, Public Storage.
After my initial move-in there have never been any carts available. Last time there was a Michael's shopping cart. One shopping cart. Not very useful for moving big boxes and furniture. I have never seen an employee. Despite being there during the clearly posted office hours the door is locked and no response to knocking or phone call. There are too many other storage options for you to consider using this one.
Ty was very helpful finding all of the accounts and getting them updated so i can do them on line.

Ty was helped me to my mom's space. Could not get on elevator. Also helped me download app to help with access.
Lady at this location, think her name was Ty. She was very helpful and nice, needed help with something going on with my son storage. She made the process soooo much easier than the person on the phone. Very customer friendly.

I had a pleasant experience renting the unit at first. Then it went downhills fast.
They raise the rent after a few month w/just a notice email that its going up. Not asking, not negotiating, not even advanced notice so that you can move out.
And its impossible to reach the property manager or anyone in corporate other than live chat and they tell you to wait 72hrs.
They expect you to work around their schedule not yours.
Ive stopped by many times to get ahold of the manager but never saw anyone and the door is locked. Ive called so many numbers and it goes to vm 100% of the time.
Ive seen people here who couldn't unlock the elevator with their app and just wait out helplessly.
Do not waste your time, you will never see a real person at this location.
The facility is nice, but just after 4 months of having a unit they went up over $110 a month in rental cost.. over 25% increase for existing customers.. would NOT recommend using any Public Storage brand facility
DO NOT STORE ITEMS HERE OR BUY AUCTIONS FROM THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS!!! I do a lot of business with Public Storage both personally and through my business but unfortunately someone at this location is a thief.
I purchased a storage unit through a third party and in a nutshell the pictures that was taken of the unit and the way the unit looked when it was opened by the staff after I purchased was totally different. Someone had ransacked it and stole a lot of items mostly from the jewelry box that was in the unit. STAFF IS THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE KEYS TO THE UNITS ONCE THEY GO ON AUCTION.
The area manager and I believe one of the store managers did not handle the situation as the should have. It seemed like no big deal to them. What should have been a really nice haul turned into a nightmare with a bunch of junk.
