Came in to this public storage frantically looking for a unit because I am on a move out timeframe and amanda and carol went out of there way to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get me in. The service I received was nothing short of phenomenal. Without them I don’t know what to would have happened. Please praise them.

I helped someone get a storage room at this facility. There was a hiccup when we got there but the manager of the facility quickly solved it. It's a secure storage facility with entry and exit gates controlled with a personal pin number. The prices for the units were extremely competitive. They also have surveillance.
Carol helped me with my issue of my lock, she was very attentive, helpful and had a great attitude.
Carol is a one of a kinda..She has great customer service skills and cares about her customers. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I go to.this location because of Carol. I recently had a small issue with being accidentally charged by the storage facility, but they handled it very professionally. The regional manager personally reached out to me, apologized for the mistake, and quickly refunded my money. It’s rare to see such excellent customer service nowadays, and I really appreciated how they resolved the situation. Will recommend this location to anyone.

I had arrived and she was polite and showed me my unit before I submitted payment to make sure I was indeed satisfied with the space. I recommend this place for sure. Get there to access my storage. There is an extra lock on my unit, the one that goes in the hole, in addition to the combination lock that’s already on it (I’m fully paid, up to date). I call the office several times with no answer, even tho they will harass you from multiple numbers if you’re a day late on their overpriced rent. So I drive across the street with my truck and trailer to the office to find the worker hanging out in their vehicle. She then proceeds to tell me they put the lock on it because there was no other lock on it. Literally just took the combination lock off right before she told me that. The workers aren’t very bright and they will lie straight to your face as if you have no eyes or memory. On top of the fact that all of my stuff is covered in mold and bugs and has been chewed up by mice. Would love to know what I’ve actually been paying for 🤷🏻♀️ Worst experience ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! EVERRRR! It’ll be better & cheaper to have your things outside! They raised the rent just because.. they lie & say they contact you & that your phone service was off, They will quote you the wrong prices just to get you in the door! This has been THE WORST experience I’ve everrrrr had with any company! Also there is NEVERRRRR NO ONE at either Sharon Amity location! You have to set an appointment with customer service just to see someone in person! Save yourself some time & alot of money & go ANYWHEREEEE ELSE!

Was promised a lot ready for me when I arrived at 7 AM. THAT WAS INCORRECT INFORMATION. Wasted my commute only to find a locked unit was mine. Called customer service only to be hung up on for language for using the word damn non offensively. Wish I could rate it a zero. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very shady experience from the heavy set white ladie that works there. Gave me the run around and wouldn’t answer my calls until I called from a different number then she answered. Quite honestly I will never do business with this person ever again .

If you are in need of a storage please look into Public storage!! I started my reservation at the WT Harris location with Jesse the store manager who was awesome and very helpful but once I got to the location, I needed a bigger unit and Jesse referred me to their next location on Sharon Amity. Not only did he refer me he called and set everything up while I was there. Ms.Carol at the Sharon Amity location was very helpful with getting the new unit setup over the phone with Jesse and once I arrived at her location. I had a problem with my unit space. Ms. Carol took care of the problem with such great customer service. I will like to thank them both for the seamless process for me💕

The people that work here are great and very helpful 5stars for the employees. 1 star for the company, they don't value customer loyalty and will jack up your rates every year so watch out. You can move your stuff to another same size unit for cheaper which in inconvenient and makes no sense. Won't be here long

I am getting absolutely fed up with the constant rate hikes almost every month, the first one I was ok with but now there’s been like 3-4 possibly more in the past year it’s ridiculous, for a tiny little space now over $200 a month. Can’t wait to find another place to use or for this money just buy my own storage building. Not happy.

Originally when I went in, I thought everything was going to work out, but I ended up having to move my things out early because the storage unit was engulfed with spiders that where all in my items, due to the ceiling having holes which looked like water damage. On top of my complaint, they tried to bill me an additional 75.00, stating I left items, which the storage was completely empty. I will be disputing the bill and contacting corporate.

I would give Marriam a 5 star due to how she handled me and the other customers concerns. But y’all would believe how comfortable she made me feel leaving my thing at her facility. My situation was handled in a professional way. Marriam was very understanding and she went out her way to help me. From reserving a unit was the easy part. Once I got to the location I couldn’t get through the gate. My code wasn’t recognizable. Then once I got to my unit that was assigned to me, the lock wasn’t in the unit. So Marriam not only helped me with one issue but two issues all was handled in a timely mannered between customers.
This location has the best customer service I was there and the person who was at the reception her name is Jo! she’s amazing I highly recommend her for information !!

I stopped in to make a payment on a friends storage and although I am always treated very nice i was impressed with Jo helping another customer that seemed to be going through something. She was very compassionate she truly cares. I rented space online and it was super easy to do. Came to this location because of previous service Jo was still there and as friendly and helpful as ever. When I need space again and more than likely I will I will return to this location.
