The price continues to go up and up. No warning, no notice, nothing. It has gone up by 60 bucks in a year and a half. I wish I got a three bedroom apt, and kept my things in the empty bedroom. It appears to be cheaper. But my things are safe, and no issues with that. They need to put on website tbe prices will increase every few months.

I pay a reasonable price for my unit! This place is well kept, and even recently got a paint job, so you know they care about their image. Friendly and professional staff as well. Also if you don't opt into the auto pay, they'll remind you about your payment before it's overdue, which I find helpful.

I hate all things related to moving but I will say Tamica was an absolute delight. She returned my call quickly, answered all my questions and helped me choose relevant packing supplies. I definitely will use them again but hopefully no time soon : - )
Tamika was really helpful and amazing. I was satisfied with the setting up of my unit. So this review has nothing to do with her CS. However my Satisfaction changed when it was time to move everything out of the unit. My appliances, furniture and other items were destroyed due to the rodents and bug infestation. The sad thing is the insurance would only cover up to $250 whic$100 of that would go to the deductible. At this point I was why watste time and I feel they purosly mad it this low because of the high risk. Will never use them again. The so called insurance is a joke.

Worst storage unit I've ever dealt with! So refusing on helping customers out in tough times. Will not work with you at all if you have a sudden emergency that takes priority over a storage unit bill! Would definitely reccomend going to a different storage unit with people that actually care!!

The district manager and property manager is never there they’re always close… I’ve purchased a brand new stores at this location I get there the unit had a lock on it and I could get nobody to come open it they been close for the past two days

Let me just start with this.... Tamika was the only reason I chose this location. I stopped in one day several months before I needed a space to rent to get general pricing (I wasn't even going to rent on this side of town) However, after the customer service I received from Tamika I decided this was the best place to rent. She kept me up to date on the BEST pricing and available space months before I was even a customer. Anyone this dedicated to customer support gets my business! I highly recommend her and this location.

As for commercial parking, this Public Storage location is THE WORST! The parking area is full of deep potholes/muddy, trash located throughout the location, cement blocks on the property that could be used to damage vehicles, security cameras are damaged and purposely angled toward the ground. If anything should unexpectedly happen to your vehicle, the property manager will immediately blame the customer, without further investigation, of course, to circumvent liability.
It is advisable to secure more adequate, well-lit, commercial parking at other Public Storage locations (Park Rd.) who clearly value their customers and property!
If you are a registered business, don't forget to ask for your 24 hour access! After all, we were not offered the option even though it would have clearly benefited our business! Happy Shopping!
