My brother made a reservation to see and get a unit. The day came when he was suppose to meet her there and she left a voice mail message and canceled, 2 hours before. He has to have all his things moved by the next day. This was a sign what would come with this company. No thanks! UPDATE:
my brother did make another appointment for 2 days later. He showed up at the correct time and Ms. Tina never came or even called. He called the 1-800 number and was told she was at home. Is this any way to operate a company? There were 2 other future customers there to get units as well. This makes me wonder, how are company that operates this way can have a rating of 4.7?
No one is ever in the office this is ridiculous I've been to the property serval time and can never get assistance onsite... you need to hire someone else

I went with this place since it has so many 5 star reviews, but i don't get it. I have had a terrible experience. My unit was locked with some blue lock on the day i was meant to move in and management has been completely un responsive. I went by today and found my unit unlocked, but it's completely infested with ants (hard to tell from the picture but look at the wall). I have left 4 or 5 voicemails and have not heard back. I do not recommend.
Tina runs a nicely kept facility, is extremely friendly and helpful with helping me figure out pricing and which unit best suited me. I highly recommend this location!

Very easy process and safe area
After purchasing several units at auction Tina worked with us to gain access and was responsive, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. After a second auction, the property manager Daisy was onsite at her location buy the office was locked and phones were not answered. Tina resolved the issues and gave us an extension since neither the property no district manager was responsive.
Tina is the best and by far one of PS’s best. 10/10 would use again and again and again. #PromoteTina

Luster the manager is very rude! Customer services is a zero here! Front counter reps was nice ! Waited over 30 mins to be refunded my money! He didn’t apologize my contact wasn’t completed the correct way wasn’t able to enter my mileage and they over Charged and didn’t apologize told me it was on me I would be okay!

These ratings are paid for . You put a bad review and they call you with promises for a free month of service to change your rating. I picked my stuff up after they went up on the monthly rate . I couldn’t believe the expected someone to pay 75$ for a small unit WITH ROACHES . Yes I had to throw away lots of stuff due to finding roaches . Do yourself a favor and go else where . The uhaul place next door would probably be better .
