Jessica was so nice and the property was so clean. Great service.
My lock did not work and when I took my stuff out of storage I was told to leave the faulty lock in an envelope in the lock box to get a refund which I did. I have called numerous times but it's been 10 days and no refund yet. And, mice got into my storage somehow there. Does not have good customer service and they do not take good care of their customers. I'd go to a better storage company!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them!
When there to look for rates girls were very nice lots of information. I'm very disappointed in homelessness there. Those girls need protection. Going back next week 7/25 to check it out again.

I would highly recommend this Public Storage location. They are excellent to work with. Ash provided amazing service and made me feel like a valued customer. When you are dealing with so much from a move, this is one part that you can be grateful because they make it easy.

Update: I took Public Storage to small claims court in March 2024. I won the case. The district manager who I faced in court then posted a negative review of me on my business Google page as some kind of retaliation. Now they are ignoring my calls and not paying the money they owe me from my small claims court win. I find their business practices to be highly unethical and unprofessional. Beware.
Caroline and Joni at Greensboro Street location were amazing. They walked me through my options and even drove me over to personally see me to my unit. I highly recommend using them.
I can't believe how many good reviews there are of this place. BEWARE - Our storage unit price has increased from $120 a month at the time of signing, less than 1 year ago, to $190.
That's a 60% increase from May 2023, to April 2024 - 11 months.
I do not understand how this is not illegal.
Be very careful if you plan on leaving stuff here for more than a couple of months. They will absolutely take advantage of you.

I had a complicated, messy situation with bad tenants who illegally moved all my furniture, art and personal possessions from a furnished house into a packed 10' x 30' Public Storage unit in Carrboro - then stopped paying rent on both the house and the storage unit. Caroline helped me work with those bad people and transfer the storage unit into my own name. As I was able to regain possession of my house and start recovering my property, Caroline helped me transfer into a less expensive (5' x 15') storage unit. As an older person who prefers face-to-face business interactions over navigating the online world, I appreciate Caroline's patience and professionalism. Thank you Caroline!

Worst customer service ever! The electric ceiling light quit. I reported this four times. Each time they expressed their sincere sorrow and said they would have someone call. No one ever calls...
