Horrible customer service, no one can fix/help with anything. Will charge you for issues that they caused.
Joni is an awesome property manager! She took care of all our storage needs and was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this place!
Wow, been here for a couple of months and they are already increasing my monthly rent by $50 not mentioned in the contract I signed. Not good. Guess it’s time already to try and find another storage facility that won’t do this. For a non-temperature controlled unit this is an insane price hike and totally unnecessary and unacceptable. Should have known better as Public Storage has a bad reputation for doing this.

I was there on April 2 while they were paving the driveway going in to the storage facility. I was able to speak with Joni and she was very professional answering my questions and courteous. What an asset Joni is to have in a business that deals one on one with the public. I was appreciative of the information she gave me. Customer service and a good safe storage facility is at this location.

It was very easy process to secure a unit over the phone. There was some confusion about pricing, but a supervisor was able to correct that immediately.
We decided to walk in to secure a space. Joni and Caroline were incredible friendly and helpful and walked us to each space to show us our options. Never acquired a storage space before, so they made the process easy and pleasant.

Horrible experience. They didn’t put the lock on my unit on my scheduled move in day and I called them 3 times and left a note in the door after hours and got no reply. Finally someone answered after 3 days and they put the lock on. They called me again a few weeks later about something and left a voicemail. I called them back not ten minutes later 4 separate times and it went straight to voicemail. Terrible and unresponsive customer service by idiots who can’t do the most basic of jobs. Don’t go here, there are plenty of other better storage facilities.

My son unexpectedly needed a storage unit on short notice. We are so glad that we rented with Public Storage. Caroline was a dream to work with.
Can’t make an online payment. Public storage keeps reversing the payment. Then I can’t ever get in touch with someone at the property because they are never there.
I've been a customer for some time now. The units are clean and feel safe. I decided to upgrade to a bigger unit and ran into some difficulties getting what I was quoted online. The good news is that Antonio, Eve, and Dorthy really went the extra mile to figure out the issue. In the end, and after two levels of management, the team was able to solve the issue and make me happy.
We contracted to rent a climate controlled storage unit to store furniture that we did not want to have exposed to humidity. We came to the unit multiple times only to discover that all the doors were propped wide open in the middle of August, exposing all the indoor units to the heat and humidity. Not exactly what we had in mind. When we raised the issue with the facility staff, they said that the units were indoor units, but not climate controlled. Even though the contract we signed clearly said "climate controlled" and the rate we were charged was the rate advertised for a climate controlled unit. We did not put our furniture in the unit and cancelled the rental. They charged us anyway for a months rental of a "climate controlled" unit which, according to the staff, they do not even have. Do not rent from this place. There are much better storage places in the area.

This seemed like a great thing--heloful staff, clean units, etc. But then they collected this month's automatic payment--a week later I was told I had given move out notice and no more account, plus they were going into my space! That's a no, not acceptable. Now I am bucking to get a refund for the month. Obviously I am not going to continue renting, as they are unreliable
