Constantly raising prices every few months, not worth it. Also giant gaps in the storage units just means other tenants will throw trash into yours before moving out.
Only reason I'm staying with them is essentially now being trapped with them due to the amount of things I have to store with them. Scummy practices, go with any other business when it comes to storage.
I'm not sure how this place runs without a physical being at the location ๐ค. Everything is done over the phone, and if your unit has a gaping hole on the bottom of the door due to a ramp, oh well. If you don't call and get another unit, tough yo. I'm sure this is just the beginning and I look forward to the future adventures. Did I mention I'm on my 3rd unit from the start. ๐คฆ๐พโ๏ธ.
Courtney and Alma got me transferred and booked VERY quickly and efficiently!!! Very professional!
Please do not rent here. Our storage was broken into and they made no real attempt to tell us. It was discovered by my partner (who checks it weekly). Even the police have issues getting in contact with the owner and employees. When they did, they said their “cameras are down currently due to construction on the front office.” Made feel like this was “inside job.”
Also their locking system for air conditioned units is not working seeing most of the units have been broken into.
If you do decide to rent, please get the insurance, it’s the only thing that has helped us. There were countless of memories and personal items that were stolen and will never get back. Thankfully the items from active duty military have a paper trail and hope they will be recovered soon.
I am disgusted by this business and their carelessness.
All valuables from the unit I rent have been removed, with no damage to the locking mechanism of the unit's door. Avoid this corporation.
Not only are Courtnee and Korey helpful with every part of the booking process, they’re extremely communicative and make sure you know you’re getting the right unit for you! Great customer service, there’s no where else I’d rather store my things!

Will be speaking with management tomorrow, has been a great spot for our belongings until today when we came in to find multiple items missing , we noticed someone drilled a hole in not just our unit lock but almost every one in our section we also noticed some have new master locks on there units instead of the original key lock like ours. It’s sad & also sucks for us they only took our valuables & we are not happy we weren’t notified

Property is clean and safe. Office ladies are helpful and nice. I do wish there was a restrooms available when the office is closed but QT isn't far if I need to go.

Absolute rip-off, moved out on the 31st of May, attendant said all was good to go. Got billed for another month, called person was extremely rude said sorry, we discovered you were on on the 7th of June, no refund tough luck. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PUBLIC STORAGE AGAIN! JERKS
