Chantel is the best of the best in my 20 years experience with public storage without a doubt 10 year update: Erin is the best of the best now!

My review is for the excellent customer service we received when looking into renting a space. Erin, the site manager at the public storage facility we visited was an immense help to us. She went above and beyond in the pouring rain to show us several units at two different sites. She patiently answered all of our questions and took time beyond her workday to make sure we understood the ins and outs of the rental. I cannot speak to the rental facility experience itself, yet, as we were just looking, but her time and patience in helping us to get started was very appreciated and went beyond what we experienced at other rental facilities.

Excellence, Courteousness, and Professionalism personified. This is what I experienced when Erin assisted me with my rental. Not only was she professional, she listened to my needs and assisted me with narrowing down and getting the unit that would work best for me and my situation. I would also like to take this time also to give a positive review for Courtney at this same location for her patience and courteousness and excellent professionalism during such time when I was very unsure of what my storage needs were definitely at the time, and she started me with some options to consider. Thank you Erin and Courtney for a great experience with my rental. I really appreciate all of your help! :)

Best storage facility I've ever worked with!! I've been to others like Life Storage but nothing holds a candle here. The lady there, I can't remember her name but she was wonderful. This lady was on a cane still walking me around the property. A CANE!! That is some Chik Fil A leveler of service right there! 10 out of 10 would use again. Update: I now see the property manager here is better than Chik FIL A! Amazon, Walmart, ask this manager here for pointers on how to treat your customers! Please and thank you in advance.

i have had a roof leak and door leak for well over a year. I've sent multiple texts with photos and video proof and called many times. they refuse to fix it and continue to raise my rent every 6 months!!

This place was the worst storage place I've ever dealt with. Units are dirty and there's lots of bugs. Customer service is absolutely terrible anytime I had to ask them to do something I had to at least asked three to four times. When I went to go move out I gave them seven business days notice and they still didn't vacate me till 5 days after the new month trying to charge me for a whole nother month. I was also told I could park my vehicle next to my unit since there was a large concrete pad I had the vehicle parked there for only a couple days vehicle is license and shirt and everything they didn't bother to call and ask me whose vehicle was or reach out to me with email or any kind of communication they just towed it without any notification at all I was extremely extremely pissed.. your sign says they will tow vehicles but only dialect unlicensed unregistered Vehicles mine was not the above I plan on taking them to small claims court do not rent from here.

Always attentive to my needs and keep rates affordable. Erin is the best!

Not the best location . Lockers are run down and no lights even though there are lights . Generally there is no on site help have to call another location for service of any kind.

Yes, st.Ann location the Girl is never at work Always have an attitude. Never answer the phone, Came to remove my items 3 times, with there lock, but like always no one is here

Had my stuff in storage no problems at all, very nice attendant that made a delicious smelling roast when I came in...lol..I recommend this spot if you need storage space.

This place is a dump! Huge potholes everywhere, junky cars and trash all over. They raised my rent three times in a year. The employees are really nice, but nothing ever gets done with the lot. Do not recommend at all.

I do not recommend using this storage facility all of my belongings were ruined in a flood and even with flood insurance they are refusing to pay me anything for my loss. The workers are super rude and unhelpful and the insurance is a scam to get more money from you. I would give negative stars if possible and am recommending everyone go to an inside facility for your personal items safety.

Good storage unit. It's not easy to get to.

Courtnee was very excited professional and is always there to help when anything arises. The office is clean as well as the property. She makes sure the property is safe and clean. And I feel safe keeping my stuff here!!

Have to buy their lock, but if you need help with it you have to wait at least two weeks for an unspecified date when maintenance will be by. If I'm on my own WHY can't I use my own lock? Weak.

I contacted public storage, St Ann location was closest but to my surprise Courtnee was AWESOME, got me a great deal on the size I needed, unfortunately I realized I had more than I thought, she was more than happy to show me more units and moved me from one space to another, she was such a big help, I'm now happy with my space and location, not to mention the perfect smile Courtnee has for her customers as you walk through the door. These aholes tried to raise my rent almost 30% overnight "with 30days notice" and for what? Did I get better service, more cubic feet? These are the worst aholes. I moved out asap in <60 days. The worst in self storage corporate greed. stay away from self storage if you can. One of the best scams in the universe. Lure, trap, lure, trap. FU
