This was the best customer service experience I’ve had it a long time. Mary was very helpful and kind. We came in overwhelmed and Mary was patient and attentive with us regardless of our situation. We left feeling relieved and with clarification. I’m so blessed that my mother is able to rent here and know that her belongings are safe and that the employees will take great care of her with future clarifications. 10/10 will rent here if I ever need to store some things myself!

My stuff, unfortunately, has been here way too long. 5/6 yrs too long. They increase the cost $50 every year. Just raised mine to $366/month. I'm not sure it caps off at all. I started at $110/month. It's mice infested & roach infested. For $366/month! Gotta get my stuff out asap. I DO NOT recommend.
They are so helpful and nice there with a smile and good attitude nice place to store your stuff and vary clean.
Mary is fantastic she has always helped me with anything I had going on with my storage she’s amazing with everything that she does 10/10 highly recommend to anyone.
We pay for the climate controlled unit, they keep it at 50 in the winter in 85 in the summer. Wish it was 65-75 max. SOOOO many bugs and mice!! We've caught 8 mice in 6 months. We catch them using the glue boards that we buy. The company installs little poison bags but we've never found them to be chewed on by the mice. The picture of the glue Board of the Crickets is taken after one week we have gone through 10 packages of four count glue strips in the 8 months we've been there. The other photo is showing the mice droppings, you have to zoom in. Not much competition in Raytown for climate control units unfortunately. They also will not lock you into a rate they change our rates frequently based on supply and demand.

10/10!!! I was in a pickle and have never done this before, a lady by the name of Mary helped me out, and was the nicest person. We were able to find a unit that was perfect for me at a fraction of the cost I was going to pay elsewhere. Definitely recommend this to younger adults.

The person responsible for the location is a manager and takes care of other locations so it is hard to ever get help with any issues.

This storage location is one of the worst around. They do not have any good customer service people. They signed me up for autopay without my authorization, they cut the lock off my unit after payment leaving my unit unsecure. Find another place to store your things.

She goes out of her way to explain the policies and procedures in a way that you can really understand. She provides a warm welcoming atmosphere and is ready and willing to help you. I recommend everybody come here! The Units are clean, and they have climate-controlled units available to meet your every need.
Ok for space storage. Decent units. Squirrelly ingress/egress. Roads need some attention. I don't have a unit at this location! Too far to be readily accessible for me personally.
