Public storage in Platte City is a great place The staff is wonderful The people are nice and kind and I always feel like my belongings are safe there without a doubt they're helpful and friendly and always willing to help never had a problem but if I did I could count on them to fix it
Brianna was very helpful, I am unable to get access with the app and have to use the keypad code to enter and exit. Brianna is trying to get this working for me. My unit was very clean.
I would highly recommend Brianne and Public Storage in Platte city. I have numerous storage units across the US and most are Public Storage. None, however are as friendly and accommodating as Brianne at the Platte City location. She was able to solve problems not only at her location, but all of the PS locations that we use across the country.

Este complejo de bodegas esta en muy buenas condiciones y ubicacion en general cerca de la carretera. El app te deja entrar y salir de los accesos perimetrales sin salir de tu coche. Bree la gerente, tiene excelente actitud de servicio, está al pendiente y te hacen sentir bienvendo. El precio es justo y tienen unidades de varios tamaños, con o sin aire acondicionado. Si vas a pasar un rato ahi organizando tu bodega toma en cuenta que por seguridad no cuenta con baños publicos o bebederos de agua. Hay dos gasolineras a 5 minutos. Suerte!

Bree is great and I feel totally safe renting a storage facility here. She was so kind when I inadvertently rented at the wrong location and was trying to switch it to hers. (Largely because of all the positive feedback she had) She has great customer service. Public Storage is lucky to have her managing the facility.
