Why isn't there enough carts or a posting one cart per person one person using them all isn't fair to other storage paying renters..

Because I didn’t cancel my unit the same day. I didn’t get a refund. And I never used the unit.

The lady at the front desk Shaniesha was very nice and professional.

This was one of the most traumatizing experience I ever encountered. Me and my kids clothes shoes etc are ALL ATE UPP FROM MICE !! Shoes tore up , baskets RUN FROM THIS PLACE DONT WALK !! It was SO MANY MICE in the hallway !! I told them and they said sorry . Make a claim so nonchalant. It’s so disgusting bro it’s stinks so bad dead mice everywhere. IF YOU HAVE YOUR PROPERTY HERE REMOVE YOUR STUFF !!

Absolutely the WORST day of my life because of this storage unit. Mice everywhere, feces everywhere, stains everywhere, unknown fluids everywhere. No reimbursement either. 0/10. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I don't even know where to start. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a storage unit. The day I started renting here there were folks dumping some harsh-smelling chemicals (maybe brake fluid?) in the hallway, and on top of that it looked like they were *living* in their unit. I've honestly never felt safe when I go to Public Storage so I often carry pepper spray and bring my dog with me for protection. Secondly, shortly after starting to rent my space they unexpectedly started charging me over $60 MORE per month than the price advertised when I signed up. Honestly I feel like this kind of business practice should be illegal since its basically a bait and switch, and it doesn't allow customers to make an informed decision. I simply would have rented somewhere else if I knew they were going to start charging me this much. Lastly, this place is janky and poorly run. I've never once been able to get the app to work that's supposed to allow me to open the doors/gates to access my unit. They have no dumping signs posted that say "help us keep your space clean" which is basically a big joke because they don't even offer so much as a single trash can for renters to throw things away. If they actually cared they would make dumpsters/trash cans/donation options available to us. The common areas are often littered with the junk that people leave behind when they move out and don't have a place to put it. I highly recommend finding a storage unit somewhere else that has even the most basic respect for their customers.

This place is mice infested and Everytime you go there it's always a change of some kind making it very inconvenient for moving in I will be moving out of here and I will not rent here again. It was really nice when it first got here a few years ago and I had a unit but now 👎 and my grandsons got locked in the stairwell for an hour and it was super hot they could have died in there this place is a death trap they were looking for the restroom.

Horrible facility. Doors broken all the time. No carts available. No staff available. After you move out, they will keep charging your card then tell you the only way they can refund money is to send a check which takes several months to process. Don’t rent here.

Shaniesha was very helpful. Walked me through the application process with ease. Answered every question i had and made me feel sucre about my unit. Amazing customer service.

I had a storage unit there for about three months and when it was time to get my stuff out of there, there was mouse poop all over my stuff. There’s mice chew through a lot of my stuff and there is mouse pee on a lot of my clothes, furniture or anything else then when I got home with my stuff, there was three mice in my stuff so I end up bringing mice to my house from this nasty storage unit. It stinks they don’t clean it they don’t keep up with it.

Good place to store stuff. The parking lot situation was kind of wonky but that's all right and there wasn't enough carts. Maybe work on getting some more cards and it'll be five stars

The storage unit was very well kept, easy to book and I didn’t even have to go get my own lock. Even more so Amanda was extremely helpful with everything and answered all my questions.

I was fortunate to get Amanda she was so helpful and really nice with getting me situated as I will be leaving the storage facility since I am moving and will no longer need to come to Troost public storage. Very unprofessional staff. Very rude and condescending towards us. Refused to take any responsibility for problems with their property of computer making access difficult and yes even impossible at times but DEMANDED full payment and late fees. I would recommend going to another storage facility if you can

Laura was an amazing help getting everything up and going with the storage facility. I'm "rightsizing" from 5000 sq ft down to ~1000 sq ft and she was able to help me pick the right storage unit for what I needed. Everything fit great with a little extra wiggle room. Laura was also quick to help and answer questions I had. Definitely the team player.

I have rented a unit at the Troost location for a year and it has not always been a positive experience. I stopped in last week to check on downsizing my unit and Amanda was great!! She assisted with correct sizing and even offered to help transfer contents. She is an asset to the company

Thanks to Amanda's horrible "not my problem" attitude I am now searching for another storage unit to do with which to do business. This location has CONSTANT garage door issues, could mitigate the problems that arise from the door(s) being repeatedly broken by simply HANGING A SIGN, but they can't even help themselves to minimize the hassle to everyone involved. Poor, poor service from this location yet again. Oh, and enjoy the rate increase after your first 6 month term is up!

Just went to retrieve my lock, I misunderstood and thought I needed to leave it onsite after moving my stuff out, and was treated like garbage by the only employee on site. She was condescending, laughed at me multiple times, talked over me repeatedly and told me to, "Use my eyes," when I asked where I could enter if my code wasn't working anymore. Will never use this location or service again.

Clean new facility ~ like that you drive into interior, secured loading area so nothing gets wet while moving there. A bit pricey ~ Bathrooms broken, security access panels to get in broken, finally looks like cameras working (some guy broke into many units)

As a business owner I am big on transparency and policies. I believe this company purposely hides the late fees and liens in order to hopefully be able to auction off your property. Their late fees aren't listed anywhere on their website. They literally only tell you over the phone or in person if you can get them to call you back or happen to catch someone in the office. I definitely do not recommend this company at all.

Tanya was terrific. She was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. It was nice and new, well lit nice units, clean.

The entryway is a bit narrow and makes it challenging with a Uhaul trailer so be cautious. Could use some cleaning in the entry and one elevator needs to be repaired. But, overall very clean and quiet.

I was skeptical at first by the location, but it ended up being a great fitting place for my needs. Also, Cheri was very friendly and helped me through the whole process. If I could give public storage on troost a 10 star rating I would, but I guess a 5 star rating will do. Thanks for everything!

This place can be hard to drive into because of people who don't care about anyone else parking right in front instead of making room for others. However, Tonya is an amazing manager, and is very communicative, thorough, nice, and is busting her butt to make that a great place.

When it comes down to it the property garage for entering and exiting for paying customer does not work and I don't understand that I pay $105$ every month and can't even get in correctly and can't even get in contact with anybody on property. manager or supervisor even though I've left voice mails but no response. So I'm disappointed in how unprofessional this place is.
