Heidi is amazing! I had rental payment questions, and she was able to figure it all out and get me a reduction for a few months immediately. Always very responsive, polite, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Grounds are always clean and upkept.

Heidi is great! Very helpful and responsive. Place was clean and secure. I was impressed that everything in my unit was dry and clean after a huge storm.
At West St Paul Public Storage I was treated like gold! I lost my keys and they drilled out and replaced my lock in a timely manner. When I told her I couldn't afford the unit any more she requested a rate reduction (which was granted) without me asking. As a result I will be staying with West St Paul Public Storage.
The lady at the front desk is one of the rudest people you will ever meet, she lives Right next to the building so she wanders home instead of being at the desk and also refused to let us pay a few times.

I gave three stars on because there is never anyone in the office when I come there. I live in a different city and I have drive 20-30 to bring my mom to her storage unit.

But I will say each time me or my mom called Heidi always returns our calls within a day and answers all of our questions and help with any concerns that my mother may have. Her customer service is awesome!

Heidi!! I wanted to get a smaller unit as I have been getting rid of things in my current. I called Heidi and we met the next day. She showed me some other options and then BOOM! we did the fast paperwork and today I swapped. She is so helpful, kind, respectful and always sweeping and checking on units. Great clean, safe storage facility.

Not only is this a great location to have a storage unit, as you have access to major highways and a convenient location. But the staff at this location is wonderful. Heidi, the woman who operates this facility is top notch! She takes her duties and responsibility very seriously, as she is commited to securing every unit and making sure that the grounds are kept orderly. You will have comfort knowing that your belongings are safe and secure at all times. She also provides excellent customer service and communication with all of her customers. I found out right before my payment was due that I had fraud on my bank account that was used here for automatic payments. I was forced to close it and open a new account, but I wouldn't be able to make the automatic payment for January. I called and was told it was ok and to come in with the alternate form of payment as soon as I could. By the time I got there to pay for my storage, there was a late fee attached. Heidi (the manager) was there and was super nice and very helpful. She assured me she would go out of her way with corporate to make sure the late fee was removed. 1 day later she called and told me that the fee was removed and to call her if I had any issues with the next payment. That was wonderful news to me. I recommend this Public Storage facility!!

I had a great experience with the (new?) manager on 10/1/23. She was very helpful in closing our account of 5 years. I noticed she was driving around the storage units the morning I was there and making sure everything was okay and then she stopped to talk and help us with moving decisions on a final few things. Thank you for your kindness and great management of the storage unit!

Very nice clean place. Heidi was super cool. Had rent go up on me and she was able to get me a rent reduction for the next few months ahead. That will save me a few headaches. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible customer service, I found an online promo made my reservation then found out the unit I rented was unavailable so we agreed to honor the promo for a slightly larger unit they proceeded to charge me for the larger unit and denied the existence of a promo.

Can't access my storage unit because of the snow piled in front of the door and the ends can't drive around you have to back out after you enter
My experience at first was a nightmare, but once someone was actually in the office everything went very well, I was able to upgrade to a larger unit with no problem.

The on-site Manager, Heidi, is AMAZING! Was reluctant to come back to this facility after last year, but she has cleaned the place up, and is so attentive to her tenants needs. She truly cares and it shows in her position. She is the SOLE reason we came back to this location!

The on-site Public Storage manager in West St. Paul, Mn. is amazing!! She is easy to reach, she is very knowledgeable about any questions you may have, excluding storage insurance, the security system on site and
helping with the online app.
While my daughter and I were at our storage unit, on two very hot days, she came by to check on us, offered water and even brought us snacks.
