I signed up online for the 1st month for $1 and never got it. I went in and set everything up and realized she didn’t give it to me. Contacted them and they refused to give it to me. They are crooks. Just garbage. Also They will change your rate on you after only 3 months and not only that, they increased their late fee too? Seriously save your loot and go buy yourself a storage container for $2,000 than rent from these guys at $200+ a month.
I honestly dont even feel like my belongings are safe there just because I don’t trust them.

It was clean but I've never seen one with a pond run off in the middle of it weird design
They will change your rate.. (ours was raised $57 a month) 3months after we moved in. The agreement is they can change the rate whenever they want. They will change it after you've moved in. Do not rent here unless you like having your monthly rate change exponentially.
Prices keep going up every few months. Not good from that aspect.
I Rented a unit and never moved in and needed to end it same day I got it. they said they would refund my rent and keep the admin fee but twisted it all up and kept everything.They said I put a lock on unit which was their lock not mine and I returned the keys and everything and still no refund. They blame me for not returning keys on hours they’re closed?? Horrible horrible customer service go to Acorn Storage, far better service.

In the few years of being with public storage our rate has at least tripled with no notice, we were told they don’t need to give a rent increase notice and could raise it again next month if they wanted to. The online rates are half the price that we are currently paying and when asked for the online rate we were denied without a reason as to why our price was so much higher than a new customer. The indoor units are poorly lite and the camera in our indoor building is nonexistent. We are looking for a new facility ASAP and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

You need help Angie is great she has all the info you need for storing and where to donate stuff that you no longer need and was very helpful in downsizing our unit. This storage facility is excellent and the staff is most helpful. Angie goes above and beyond to be helpful 5 stars for them.

The manager is INCREDIBLE Angie is very helpful and accommodating. We had no place to put our POD that was being delivered, she allowed the company to drop it off at the Storage unit so we could put the stuff in our unit. No other place would allow us to do that!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
