Zoe at this facility is so professional and kind. I broke my arm just before flying to the Twin Cities. I tried to move out of my unit on the 31st, but it was too much for me. I had to find help and we were able to move everything today on the 1st. Zoe advocated for me with her superiors to not charge me for the coming month. I've been renting a storage unit at the Edina PS on Bush Lake Road for over a year now. I've been very happy with the service provided by Zoe. She's always friendly and helpful. Recently I lost the keys to my padlock. Zoe arranged to have the old lock removed and provided a new one, suggesting I keep the extra key in a safe place in case I lose track of my key again. Why I didn't think to do that in the first place, I'll never know!

Our experience has been very good overall. Helen who manages the Edina West 77 street location is excellent. She’s very professional, helpful and provided us with great advice and customer service. The only drawback is the headquarters company raises the monthly rate to any amount anytime without limits but that’s the nature of storage business I guess. Otherwise the location is very clean, has great security entrance protocol, cameras and Helen’s constant presence is very reassuring for security. The temperature control is great and kept our stuff in good shape. Thank you Helen!
