This is my first time ever renting at Public Storage, so I had a lot of questions. When I first started looking at storage solutions, I talked with Nick in the office. He answered every little question I had, and was very helpful in showing me around and telling me what to do when I had questions. When I put in a notice to vacate my storage unit, Emma called me and helped me with all of my questions that I had about leaving the space. 10/10.
It’s been a great experience with public storage in Eagan. I am switching from a different storage unit to Public storage and they made the process so easy. Fantastic communication from the phone reservation department to the local office staff. I went today to finish my reservation process and had a great experience With Emma. She understood my needs and helped me find exactly the right spot. She explained everything clearly and set everything up for me. Thank you!

I rented a storage unit at Public Storage (on Sibley Memorial Hwy) on line. Had a little trouble with the gate code but Emma (employee) was quick to help me out. She was very nice and even went out to the gate to make sure the security code worked this time. She was so sweet and explained where my unit was and answered the questions I had. Nick is also a star that works there and was also so kind...I was scatterbrained and rented a unit at another location and he messaged them for me and had them close that acct. If you need a storage unit this is the place to rent from! Very very clean and the staff is amazing and friendly! - Jacqueline Garcia
This is my first time renting from Public Storage, but Nick made it super easy to understand the process, and he was not hesitant on showing me the room sizes as well. He was willing to go out of his way to go back-and-forth with me and a couple of the places and I didn’t feel like a burden asking can I go see this unit. But overall he made my process of renting a storage unit super simple and easy. The property itself is super clean as well.. he also gave me a map so I can take it with me

Spoke with Nick who gave me the run down on rental policies and showed me the space I was interested in. He answered all of my questions in a professional and friendly manner and made the whole process a lot less stressful than I anticipated. Move in date is tomorrow and we’ll see how it goes. The lease process was seamless, and I was able to secure an appt to tour my unit within the next day. It was refreshing to be able to connect with a property manager thats on site and the customer service was top notch. The app is awesome and the facility is super clean and new. I feel safe very secure storing my personal belongings here!

Have been trying to get ahold of them for two days! Yesterday the office was locked at 9, 11, and 3pm when we tried to talk to someone. Today came at 10am. Doors locked again.
Called the phone number on the door and the phone number on their Google maps listing and you can’t select anything from the menu you just get stuck.
Multiple people trying to get into the building yesterday and we couldn’t get any help.
Great facility, very knowledgeable employees with outstanding attention to make sure you know all the information you need.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The storage facility itself is very clean and secure. I would absolutely rent a unit here again!

One of the cleanest facilties (along with IGH Robert's Trail), zero sign of vermin or flooding activity. The Facility Manager is a very good person along with being friendly and knowledgeable. Very safe and secure! Highly recommend as a personal storage facility if you live in the Eagan area!!

My aunt and I came in and Nick was very helpful as we were touring spaces. He was very patient as he toured us around the facility and visually showed us the size difference between the various options. My aunt had a lot of questions and Nick was patient and had clear answers to our questions. He even came with us to show us how to get in with the app and walked us right up to our unit to minimize any confusion. We definitely appreciate his help as he made it a smooth onboarding process for her as she found the right unit for her. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this public storage facility. The lack of availability, both in person and over the phone, is simply unacceptable. Every time I needed assistance, there was no one around to help. Attempts to reach out via phone were equally futile, with calls going unanswered and messages not returned. This level of service is terrible and not what I expected. I cannot recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for reliable and accessible storage solutions.

Clean site. Edited 5/25/24. Nick followed up swiftly. Wasn’t expecting that on the holiday weekend. Very professional and easy to talk to. So far my first 24 hours indicate this is a good storage facility. Would recommend.
I’ll leave the note below in case anyone has issues using elevator. Once I figured it out it was easy.
Also to note the instructions to use the elevator aren’t very clear. My Bluetooth wasn’t working to access the gate or elevator so I had to manually punch in my code. Which isn’t that big of a deal. But if you have a 2nd or 3rd floor unit you hit the elevator call button (elevator door should open), then punch your code in, lastly enter the elevator and select your floor.

I had a wonderful experience getting my storage unit. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful women named Eve. Not only did she get in contact with me after I missed my move in date. She ended up being at the facility when I walked in. she walked me all the way to my unit through the maze while answering several questions about the lease, payment methods and all other inquires! I rarely write reviews especially positive ones. This women deserves recognition and should frankly be the corporate representative. I can honestly say that Nick at Eagan Public Storage is the most helpful employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with at ANY storage facility over the past 10 years. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, demonstrated an ability to multitask, and made me feel as though my storage needs mattered. I don't write many Google reviews, but Nick deserves some recognition. On top of that, Public Storage completed several major capital improvements (driveways, garage doors, etc.) that make it the best bang for your buck in the south metro.

Scam!!!!!! My partner and I closed my storage unit the day after I rented it. I called them and everything and they continue to try to charge me and are now threatening late fees. This company doesn’t care about you. It doesn’t matter if you close your account these people are vampires!!!
My experience here where great until they opened my storages and ripped my 8,000$ couches that i didn’t even have for a year. Very poor customer service on help . If your looking for a trust worthy place to have your belongings. This is not it . Look to rent somewhere else.

Most of this winter the ice was not removed sufficiently enough to provide safe walking in and out of the building. Some ice melting chemicals would be very helpful.

!!!! Not one to make reviews but this needs attention. RANDY a black american (im mixed so im just making a distinction since i felt racially profiled) an employee from this location antagonized me creating lies about our interaction, told me to not come back in a hostile verbal way, not sure if he got intimidated or if he was having a bad day, or wether he was acting racist towards me, but to make it short he was screaming over me antagonizing me telling his manager over the phone and customers coming in that I was being disrespectful with him simply cause i told him that i didnt want to argue with him. I had my hands locked behind me the whole time talking on a neutral tone and he might have not liked that, mind you i recorded part of the interaction and there are cameras in the location as well. I also called the cops in case things would escalate since nowadays being a victim is trending in MN. I also have a police report, recordings and pictures about this interaction in case someone wants to dig further into this manner. I made a formal complaint to headquarters and talked to Stephanie and never got a call back. Also left a message to corporate to John Shannon and never heard from them at all. I have a lot more to share if anyone chooses to hear me out. Otherwise I guess social media would be a good start.
Im sorry if my presence intimidated anyone but that is not good customer service. And nobody in MN should be treated that way. I make that person nd oublic storage in Eagan responsible if anything happens to me or my property in the future. #Standupforyourself #speakup

No employees ever at this location no one at any office knows why everyone including customer service has no idea whats going on and me and other customers waiting keep getting told someone is on there way but no one ever shows up hours and hours go by still no one and in another customers case its been days now and there is a lock on the units we need a key for we cant access anything without a on site employee and no one is ever showing up do not rent at this location its a joke

Tori never mentions anything about a late fee so customers can be aware if they miss a payment by a couple days. Gives attitude when it comes to getting an explanation of the charges or anything in specific. She can be nice in the beginning but just wait till you say something or ask her to do things that require work. If you ask questions through phone make sure you take notes, things can be changed later on.

We moved into our unit while our house was being built and when we moved out, everything was ruined. Everything has mold and water damage. We tried to contact the property manager, but no one could get ahold of her. We now have to replace all of our furniture. We should’ve just left it outside because it’s that damaged and I would’ve at least saved money since they clearly don’t care about maintaining their units to make sure this doesn’t happen.
Waited1.5 hrs. No one on site. Called the call center 5 times trying the on line option. Paid on line but still no locker!!!!!

In under 2 years I've had no lights in my unit for about 6+ months. My rate has nearly doubled. Now I can add being robbed to the list, mountain bikes, skis, telescope, all gone. Not just robbed but ransacked & trashed. Every bin opened and went through. Kids keepsakes thrown on floor.
Staff on site are nice but I'd rather have rude staff and a secure locker with lights. If you rent here, make sure you have insurance and serial numbers of important items, chances of being robbed are higher than you think. And when it does happen, you will be on your own, the only thing you'll get from the management is "sorry"

UPDATE! I HAVE WATER DAMAGE TO MY UNIT! WHEN THEY CHANGED THE DOOR THEY MOVED MY THINGS AROUND AND PUT MY SON'S MEMORIES BOX ON THE GROUND. ALL OF HIS BABY PICTURES ARE RUINED! BOXES WERE SOAKED! MOLD AND SALT ARE EVERYWHERE IN MY UNIT! THEY HAVE NO GUTTERS TO DRAIN WATER AWAY FROM UNITS! I AM NOW IN THE INSURANCE PROCESS. WHICH IS ORANGE DOOR THAT HAS A D - RATING WITH BBB. I do not recommend this business! I have been here for 1 year and 1 month. Only had 1 door on my unit working for 9 months and they raised the price before they fixed it. 6 months later they are raising my rent again!? This is not climate controlled and there is very inconvenient construction going on in the same lot.... pathetic business. I will be moving my things out and never again! Customer service is no help! She just said this is a month to month and prices can go up. Anything else I can help you with? Rude woman.

Donna is fantastic! Our locker was iced shut and she brought out salt, an ice pick and a shovel. She made sure we were able to access the unit and came back to make sure we were able to get it locked up again. Highly recommend!
