Office is not open when you need it, app only lets you pay by checking account, no card payments. On site office doesn't even have reliable hours. Can't ever reach anyone by phone. Very upset

OKAY STORY TIME : I WAS STORAGEING , MY THINGS AT PUBLIC STORAGE ON 18 1/2 MILE & MERILL ONLY WAS THERE FOR 2 MONTHS THE REGULAR MANGER TERESA SHES A VERY NICE LADY SHE WAS OFF FOR WHILE DUE TO AN ACCIDENT , THE TEMPORARY MANGER TRACEY THAT WORKS THERE NOW VERY VERY GHETTO UNPROFESSIONAL , SHE TALKS CRAZY TO YOU , SHE HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM THIS LADY JUST MESS , AND EMBARRASSING.. I WENT IN THE OFFICE TODAY TO LET THE ON CALL PROPERTY STAFF KNOW I WAS MOVING OUT WHEN I SAY I WAS FRUSTRATED WHEN I FIRST WALK IN CAUSE EVERYTHING BEEN GOING ON AT THE PUBLIC STORAGE ON 18 1/2 MILE RD … MS JODIE LITERALLY WAS EASY WITH ME AND I CALM ALL THE WAY DOWN SHE WAS SO SWEET AND VERY NICE , AND KIND TO ME & MY HUSBAND, SHE ALSO WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING, I MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING TO STORAGE MY THINGS AT THIS FACILITY… MS JODIE THANK YOU SO SO MUCH AGAIN ….. -CIERRA BUTTERFIELD

The manager is amazing!!!!

The staff is fantastic. However, the rates increase every 4 months without fail. The doors and elevators have regular maintenance issues.

Sam was in attendance with Tabitha today at the location on Hayes and 22mile. He assisted Tabitha with everything which made the process easier and faster. Sam was awesome and both employees should have upgraded positions with Public Storage.

Gate is broken at least 5 times out of the year to where you can’t get to your unit. Price has gone up 60% in the last year and a half. Currently looking to take my business elsewhere

Like the touch less entry ad using the app, the auto pay is convenient. Not to happy about prices we started with one price then a week later price hike. Kind of bummed we gotta move

I had an issue completing my reservation online. I spoke to a lady named Dany and she was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me so that I didn’t lose my reservation. So far, I am very satisfied with the customer service and I know I will be a happy customer.

I have had to go inside a few times to take care of things and while I was there Tabatha was extremely helpful and super friendly.

Ryder was real nice and friendly, very helpful so far a great experience.

About 2 or 3 months ago my mom and I were in a bind due to two unfortunate incidents and we had to move and weren't sure where we were going to place our things. We booked another storage unit at a different company not only did that company take our money which we still haven't been reimbursed for none of the codes to access the gate to our unit worked. So we had no idea what we were going to do and luckily we were driving down Hayes and notice public storage so we stopped in and a nice lady whose name we forgot helped us out she was very friendly. We rented our unit but had a hard time getting it open so she introduced us to the property manager by the name of Ryder. Ryder was a tremendous help. He made sure things with our unit were working properly any questions we had he answered he was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. Ryder is a ray of sunshine my mom and I wish management were like him at other establishments the definitely could learn a thing or two. Thank you Ryder for making the time we had there pleasant keep up the good work your going to definitely go far many blessings to you! 🙂

I've had a storage unit here since 2005. Recently public storage purchased this facility and I've had the privilege to meet Ryder Moore. I'm handicapped and Ryder has been very helpful. I was reorganizing my unit to vacate and Ryder noticed I needed help and came to my rescue. He's a kind patient helpful employee that I've come to know and find him to be a great asset to your company. Normally I don't fill out these surveys but Ryder has gone above and beyond his job. He deserves to be recognized for what he has done for me. Thank you Ryder for all you have done. I'm sure this is a microcosm of how he treat your clients.
