Initially, Jay and I had a disagreement due to my dissatisfaction with the transition from Country Storage to Public Storage. I had encountered several issues with Public Storage in the past, and the news of its merger deeply upset me. However, when I communicated with Jay and inadvertently expressed my frustration regarding certain prices, she remained composed and effectively managed my situation. Recognizing my inappropriate behavior, I promptly contacted Public Storage to apologize for my out-of-character conduct. We engaged in a humorous conversation about the incident, and unexpectedly, she adjusted my monthly rent. This experience has taught me the importance of treating Jay at Public Storage with kindness and respect. Love ya Jay!! 🤞🏾😂😂

Warning this place locks the gates to leave at a certain time. I thought it was 24/7 and work midnights. Best time for me to go is after 9pm. Still a great storage place but wow.

Extremely pleased with my experience with Public Storeage, the gentleman that I set it up with was very pleasant, helpful and answered all my questions, I was good to go in a matter of minutes, when I got up on my move in day I had my unit # and code on my phone as promised, went to Public Storeage ,code worked fine ,unit was ready with my lock , some info inside, I already told a friend about it that day, ran into the Storeage manager who was very polite and helpful with a few questions that I had, I'm extremely pleased with my whole experience with Public Storeage, highly recommend this company to all.

Unfortunately, I have to edit my review. I have leased a spot at this location for many years, and as my previous review had stated, it was an excent facility. However, I am sad to state that we decided to end our lease and store our RV at a different location. The reason for our move was pretty straightforward. Over the past year, the owner has decided to first under the guise of repairing the pavement decide to restripe the sites decreasing the width of the site by a third making it impossible to open your slide out on the site. I will say that when I did talk to the staff, they did accommodate me and allow me to move to a site at the end of an aisle where I could get into the RV. Next, the owner, after decreasing site size and adding more space, increased the site payment significantly. The straw that broke the camels back was when the owner decided to franchise with the corporate Public Storage group which has decreased personal service and staff along with reducing access times from 24 hours to between 6am and 9pm. I don't know if you are a camper, but getting back from a road trip could be difficult to get to this facility by 9 pm. So, I canceled my lease today. I drove 30 minutes from my home to use this location for many years and did not mind the trip because of how nice this place used to be, however, with the reduction on lot size, increased lot rent and limited access time i moved to a location 10 minutes from my house $50 a month cheaper, larger sites and 24 hr access.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I rented a parking spot online, their questionnaire asked if it was private or commercial, I stated commercial, it asked me what it was, I stated a 14’ trailer. I paid my money to get started, $30. I go the next to store my trailer and the lady at the desk says I can’t store it there because it has the name of my company on the side. I explained that it didn’t seem to matter on their website, she agreed after looking at forms I filled out, said I couldn’t store it there. I then asked how do I get my $30 back? She said see her DM, which I have no idea how to get in touch with them. The next day I get a bill for $30!

Simple and easy, great place for storage

Moved in last week and it could not have been easier. Everything was handled online and then they had my unit ready for me day 1.

Very helpful with making a decision on what size to get. Clean clean clean. That's important to me. And prices very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Country Storage,hands down

The customer service was exceptional and the facility was very well maintained. Everything about this facility highlights safety, customer care, and left us feeling very excited to have found it. All the extra amenities were a pleasant surprise, making us feel confident we are getting a great value for our money. We highly recommend Country Storage!

Only just signed up but its clean, the sign up was easy and everything seems straightforward.

Terrible experience. Repainting parking lots and it will be a week before they are done. No discounts just an order to remove the trailer by a certain date. Then offered me to drive it an hour away to another facility in the meantime. Would never recommend these facilities by these owners. Their greed knows no bounds.
