LaWana was amazing! She went above and beyond to help.Best customer service. Facility is clean, easy to get to.
My husband and I are renting a unit out and so far the experience has been great! Lewana at the front desk was super helpful and showed us multiple units the day of our move in as we had a lot of questions and she took them all in stride and made our move easy. Storage spaces were all very clean and neat.
Clean and convenient location with a helpful staff and flexibility to load your items as you please. I decided to get a public storage space one morning and was able to get into it later that afternoon. LaWana was extremely proactive, knowledgeable, and accommodating as she got me onboarded. What I thought might take a few weeks only took a quick call and visit.
LaWana was absolutely fabulous! She gave me a complete tutorial about how to use the lift and gain access to gates and my unit lock. Very friendly! And superb customer service!! I will use this location again! :)

Listen when I say this The customer service that is needed in a lot of places it was spectacular I had a bad day very over whelming but the service that Lawana gave was superb she went over and beyond to help from having to walk up those steps to help me with my unit to helping me with the app no complaints just pure satisfaction to help her customers I highly recommend this place for storage..
Recently utilized this facility for a couple of months in between moving and it was a great experience from start to finish, from the efficiency or reserving a unit online, to downloading & accessing the facility through the user friendly app, the extremely clean and well maintained space, finally working with Lawana to vacate the space seamlessly. She went above and beyond to assist me, truly appreciate it & will return or refer others in the future!!

This place is nice, climate controlled, clean, well lit, good location, app-controlled entry and locks… but LaWana puts it over the top. She is super friendly and accommodating.. even brought us waters when she saw us sweating hauling around all our stuff. LaWana is why we’ll stay at Public Storage.
My brother and I came in late on Sunday, less than an hour before closing. LaWana was still available to help us order a storage unit and took the time to walk us around and demonstrate how everything worked. She also made sure our information was correctly entered into the system. We needed the storage while dealing with difficult matters and LaWana made the experience trouble-free.

LaWana has been helpful, she helped me move my couch. Units are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately there is no elevator, only a lift that people cannot go in.
