This is my second time using Pubic Storage in Linden, MI. The facility is clean and easily accessible. Laura was awesome to work with. I highly recommend Public Storage in Linden.
Kelly is very helpful, clean parking spots with plenty of space.
Made an appointment to look at outdoor parking spots for my trailer today at the Linden Public Storage facility. Met with Laura who showed me the layout of the facility, gave me a map and allowed me through the gate to choose among the available spots. She spent considerable time with me answering all of my questions and worked with me to complete a reservation I had started online with my phone. Laura was polite, professional and pressure free. The facility was immaculate and it was obvious how organized everything is. I got the distinct impression that she takes pride in the facility - how it looks and how it’s run. She represents the company very well. Thank you Laura for your help, answering my questions and making the experience pleasant.
We just started going to Public when we bought our RV and Laura was the one to help us I can’t say enough great things about her!! She was absolutely incredible to work with and made us feel at ease leaving our personal items there!!

Erica did her best to get me into a outdoor storage space. However, the advertised 12'x40' space is only 10 feet wide and has a utility pole in the rear that takes at least 2 feet away. I requested a price reduction for the inaccurate dimensions but have not had a reply from Public Storage.
THE PEOPLE THERE ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE I'VE RENTED THERE. ALOT OF OTHER STORAGE RENTALS I'VE BEEN RENTING IN THE PAST GIVE YOU A SO CALLED GOOD DEAL, THEN ONCE YOU MOVE EVERYTHING IN THEY GO UP 40-80% DON'T BE FOOLED. THIS PLACE OF PUBLIC STORAGE IS GOOD.

Old reviews primarily before significant increases from new ownership. Long time renter here, hated seeing this happen.
Since purchase, by major corporation, nothing but increases, culminating with a huge one this month.
Shop around for fair pricing. Sad to see this nice Linden site go to a large corporation only to do this to it.
Laura and Alex are amazing
Update 3/8/2024: Public Storage was able to reduce the $80 down to $64 for the next three months. I do appreciate a company that takes care of returning customers. Hopefully I am able to keep the rate lower past three months. This place was ok under Simply Storage. For a 10x30 parking space I was paying $45 which shot yup to $65. Still cheaper than most places. Just received an email stating it’ll now be $80 for the same spot.

Went to my storage unit last night and wasn't able to gain access. Hard to find a human but finally did, only to find out that there gate was broken and I am s.o.l. nothing they can do. No on call person to help me no resolution until someone decides to call me back withinba 72 hr period.
Unacceptable!
Do not rent here . Faulty equipment no access and they don't care !!!

Not a fan - Advertised $39 mth storage for a 5X10 unit and get charged $60 the first month. When I called they said there is nothing they could do. Read the fine print with this company folks!!

Alex helped answer every question I had about the company and billing process. It’s really the service that’s actually helped me remember his name! Normally, you’ll go to a business and if you’re not a regular you won’t know peoples names yet or even care to! This was my first time going in to Simply Self-Storage and I was sure to remember his name. Extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very kind.

Only needed a small unit while selling my home to hide the unsightly boxes for showings. I was impressed with how much space I got for the price! No other storage place could compete with that. I only left because the location was not near where I was moving to or I would have stayed. The premise was always well kept, I didn’t have any issues with water, snow or critters. I kept a broom in my unit to make it easy to sweep out before turning my keys in. Never had issues with the gates either! So many places do! Would use this place again if I was back in the area.
