Erica was wonderful in the process to rent my unit. Facility is nice, clean, well lit and love the app for convenience.
Customer service did refund the admin fee after I cancelled on the original phone request… Signed up for storage only to find out they are not 24/7 access. If you cancel they will keep an administration fee. Literally on the phone they are professional but Beware you won’t get the admin fee back normally.
Just signed up and was greeted with a smile and She was very helpful with what I needed... I think her name was Misty..
Was great to feel I wasn't being taken advantage of in my time of need like other. Places I called girl behind the desk very 👍 to talk to and understand.
The entire process from renting a space to closing it was very seamless. And Misty has been very kind and friendly, she helped us through the process and also to decide what space would be best for us. Will revisit when needed for sure. Thank you Misty!

They do not care about the customers. I’m paying nearly $200 a month for a weathered unit just to have all my things be ruined by water getting in. All my kids things have black mold on them. I called And didn’t get in. I’m sorry didn’t ask what unit said. I can’t use their dumpster for my large items. I needed to figure it out myself and take it up with insurance. Anytime you actually tried to go to the office there’s nobody working, the doors locked, The gate has been open several times just letting anybody in. The list goes on. If you’re looking for your items to be stored in a safe place, don’t even consider this place.

Hi everyone I suggest never use public storage the do not care for the customer they only care for the money It's been 3 months since I had light in my Unit they said I don't need lights just pay for the space and not for the light they don't care to fix it And every 2 months it changed the price 30 now $50 higher than when I started.
Great place great people just a messed up company your payments are due on the 1st that's okay but when you make a payment on the first and move it out on the 6th you still have 23 to 24 days left you're not getting no money back just accept it cuz that's the way they are

Great Experience! At dort hwy public storage, the lady was very sweet and offered to show me the space I’d be renting. She was very informative and the process was easy peasy!
I am very disappointed with Public Storage. I went to my unit last night at 8 o’clock came back at 9 o’clock. The Kia said see manager, so I was unable to get into my storage unit to move into my home las. Our bill is paid Iand it was the 1st of August . So I was unable to move in with my belongings .the kiosk said “Store closed, see manager” I’m waiting. For them to open to rectify the situation. My frustration is immeasurable!!

I'm very disappointed with this Public Storage. I was a Public Storage Customer in California and Florida and always had a small unit and got the First Month "FREE" and I'm here in Michigan and was told my First Month is not Free though their Website shows " FIRST MONTH FREE" and YOU ARE FORCED to sign up for their Insurance if you don't have Insurance.
There is a waiver that you can sign declining their Orange Door Insurance yet they fail to tell you that. It's all about making money.
In the past I've always referred people to Public Storage for their storing needs but will not refer anyone at this site due to false advertisement and forcing people to buy their insurance.
Enough said.

Listen Charles is the sweetest man i’ve ever met and definitely deserves a raise. The public storage is so accommodating we are a small out reach team in flint that rescue dogs and everyone here has been absolutely amazing especially charles
