So glad to be paying almost $200 a month for my things to be ruined in a “climate controlled” unit. This place is absolute garbage. The gate is constantly open for anyone to get in. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They didn’t ask what unit, not a They didn’t ask what unit, not and I’m sorry. Literally nothing. “I’m sorry.” Nothing.The list goes on. Never again will I use public storage or recommend them.

These guys would get 5 stars if only they were open 24 hours. Nice promo package for first time renters. Prices here are pretty good and the storage facilities are dry and clean and easy to access, but that’s only during hours of operation which are limited. The gates close at 10 pm, which I didn’t think was going to be an issue but it seems like lately it has. I’m a second shifter as well so I’m usually awake between the hours of 12 noon and 4 or 5 in the morning. When I get out of work it’s closed and then when I wake up my time to get anything from over there is very limited. The centralized location is great for me anyways. Like I said I would rate 5 stars if it was open all the time. I would recommend to anyone needing a place for storage.
