So my experience with public storage is that the check in was easy but then I asked permission to leave my uhual there on the premises as I had to come back to finish emptying it so the lady from upstairs told me that it couldn’t stay in the gate but it can stay in the parking lot I told her I would be back in the afternoon so I get there I’m emptying the truck a tow truck pulls up asking what’s wrong with the truck I say nothing he says he got a call to come get it because it was left unattended this comes after I had been there for ruffle about 3 1/2 hours unloading it long story short they let me get my things off the truck but the embarrassment of having it towed was horrible and just added to the horrible experience

Renters beware!!! Rented a unit online because online pricing is cheaper, but the very next day I saw the unit went from $117 a mo to $189. I told the Colleen in the office and she tinkerer with it but said she would tell.the district manager. I checked with her 3 more times, and the last week of the month, she said she had reached out to district manager 2 other times but he never responded back. The last day of the month, I called and left multiple messages to call me. Nope, no call and when you call the 800# they say they can't do anything. It's all on the district manager. So unless you want to move your stuff 30.days later don't stay here. Also I see the gate is wide open tonight 08/01/2024 it's 10:08pm sooo they are not a company that works off integrity, they are not honorable, and if you walk in off the street instead of getting internet price, you will pay way more.

The location in Canton, has been awesome. I had to move due to a recent flooding. The staff there has always been helpful. I would like to personally thank Tanya, for going above and beyond in helping me. Keep up the good work!

I belong to the Warren storage but I had to pay my bill at the Haggerty storage. What a nice manager Marc he took great care of me even though I belonged to a different facility.

The process getting set up was as easy as falling off a log. Nice facility. I feel all my belongings will remain alive and well. I missed a payment because I thought auto-pay was on. Got a call from a nice lady letting me know. Excellent customer service.

Clean, and conveniently located. Every staff member we talked to was willing to go the extra mile to help us out and answer questions. Mark in particular was extremely wonderful. I can highly recommend this storage facility!

I'm writing this for my mom about an experience earlier this week so bear with me lmao. She was running behind as usual but a kind employee named Nikia stayed until she arrived near closing. She put her at ease and told her she was in good hands with her and her other coworker at Public Storage. She showed her multiple units and she she got one. All I can say is don't let her down, my mom' really is a sweet lady. 2 👍👍
