This situation warrants for zero stars. I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost 2weeks now. And every employee I spoke with regarding the Public Storage at Joy Road in Canton is not capable of resolving the issue. Only their district manager Chris whom I have left several messages for and still haven’t received a phone call from can. This is very unprofessional. I will never utilize this company for any future storage needs.

Public Storage can't seem to get my account correct. I have been trying to get the change from changing a storage area. I am a month in to trying to correct the inability of Public Storage to get the payment and specifics that I thought were completed 1 1/2 months ago.
They also seem to rase rates very fast.I have 2 unitsthat were had raised 3 times this year (2024) by amounts of $30-$40 each time. It makes the spaces foolish to have, I feel like I should just auction everything as it is SO expensive to keep.

Great service. Clean property. Kiosk is weird, however, it is convenient.
There's no longer a person working behind a counter during normal hours. You are expected to do their job on a screen in a small room where the office once was and when you call them they do not answer the phone. Terrible.
Moved our stuff out right after we were charged the next month. They locked us out of the unit without access even though we paid through the entire month, so they are essentially charging us for the month while charging a new customer to use the space. Also, the gate was always left open so anyone could enter and exit the property. Terrible customer service…
We love being tenants at this location, the property manager Miku is an absolute delight. She is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out her way to provide us with any needed assistance. This review is long overdue, my fiancé and I have had around 5 units (3 at the same time!) over the years and we’ve been provided with top notch service. Rent increases are apart of game and that’s every storage place I’ve ever been a tenant at. So maybe you can find a less expensive place offering a promotion but I am happy to pay more to be treated like person and not just a unit number.

I don't like the fact the property was turned into a kiosk. I liked the old way better, with a person being at the office. However, the property looks lovely. Mika is still a doll. I enjoy her
Very unprofessional, increased unit amount that was not worth it at all, just to put in a decrease request for it to get denied. Then once I moved out, I get a call being harassed and then hung up on. I don’t recommend. This could have been avoided had the lady approached me correctly and professionally. It’s the principle.
Miku is very helpful and friendly. Very energetic. 10/10 would rent again.
The staff is amazing but their is a woman here living in her unit and minivan. She harasses people on site and blocks the gate when customers are coming in and out. She is making it an unsafe location.

Daniel was an outstanding manager when I started there.
I now received fantastic service from Teresa and Miku when I call or stop by the office to pay on my storage account.
Today I am so happy because I received a call this afternoon, from Teresa concerning my account balance. She was so patient in answering my questions. Afterwards she offered a suggestion that I hadn't even thought of and It inspired me to pay my balance.
