I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Qiara today at this location to rent a unit. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the facility. She provided 5 star service. This facility is clean. One added bonus is that you can drive your vehicle right into one of the buildings so your items won't get wet when it's raining.

I'm currently renting but have a hard time accessing my unit the key and lock are both hard to open and relock.I come after 5pm because of work and now with the Jewish holidays I'm super busy and can't come during regular business hours.I need to access my unit without the extra frustration of not being able to open or lock it when I'm done

I recently visited my unit and was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the site. Spotless! The property manager Janell was very helpful in directing me to my unit as I haven’t been since relocating out of state. Would definitely recommend if you’d like your items in a clean secure building!

Overall, my experience has been positive. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure, which is crucial for a storage unit service. I would like to commend all employees for their exceptional customer service. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.
Specifically, Ja'nae was proactive in explaining the rental process, addressing my questions thoroughly, and providing helpful recommendations for my storage needs. Their professionalism and attention to detail greatly contributed to a smooth and efficient experience.

Horrible experience. Every step of this move-in was annoying from my unit not being move-in ready when I arrived to the employee who literally watched me stand at the office door while they sat in their vehicle. My access code is not working so I’m using a temporary one nor is the lock that the associate gave me working so that is also temporary. He apparently “could not” locate another 10x15 unit in this entire building even though he has a lock checklist that literally tells him every detail about every last available unit in that building. The experience that I just had was beyond unnecessary especially when I did everything online. Definitely won’t recommend this location at all regardless of the add-on/upgrade that they’ve recently done.

Recently vacated from this location and my experience here was good. Clean facility and the new property manager is very nice and helpful. Would rent here again if I need too. Update I’m back and i still get the same great quality service from mangers on duty.
Very clean, great service, friendly staff, and nice drive-through facility that is safe, but the downside is price. I am paying $131.00 for a small 5x5 space. I was paying $160 for that space until I requested a price deduction after telling them about the deal up the street. It is probably the norm if you are not in a contract, but I found it a lot cheaper up the street at the new facility at Liberty and Offutt Roads. My new rate for the same 5x5 space is about $40-$45. Big difference. I wish whoever stays there only the best.

I was shown a unit priced approx. $156 per month. This is the condition it was in. There was mouse feces all over the walls and floor. There were spider webs and eggs everywhere. There were multiple holes and even some sort of nest in the top. We decided against renting the unit for obvious reasons.
Elliot at Public Storage assisted me at this location and made it super easy!
