ERICA NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, ASAP! First of all I sat in my car and waited for over an hour because the main door was locked. I was just looking to continue my reservation. I tried to open the door twice within the span of about an hour and a half and she didn’t budge. A male customer comes to the door shortly after me and she runs to the door with bells on to unlock it. I go in and calmly and patiently wait in line behind the gentleman. She asks me what I want without ever looking up. I told her I wanted to complete my reservation and she then tells me to go do it online! I told her I would rather do it in person and she persists that I need to go do it online. I told her I’d rather not and continued to wait. 20 minutes later she tells me I need to go wait outside so that she can service the gentleman. At this point it was clear she had an attitude problem and would continue to give me the run around so I called into customer service. Customer service {hotline} was amazing. Every single person I talked to. I came back to ask her how I can access the lock and she told me she couldn’t answer my question because she was closed, after I spent almost 3 hours waiting at this point. I go in with my daughter to start putting my things into storage and I come out to her speaking with the police. She called them, on me! Even the police man thought that she was ridiculous and was laughing while he took her statement. Clearly this isn’t the right field of work for her. She lacks people skills and professionalism.

If I could get this place a -5 I would, Martha at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional when you first meet her she's fine, not knowing we as renters are the ones that help pay her bills she always has a nasty attitude, I don't say this often but geez I can not stomach her attitude, a few months ago I even called corporate to address her attitude, a few of us moved to Cube Smart just for peace of mind of not having to deal with her.
As I pulled the U-Haul truck up and lowered the ramp she first asked my grandson if we broke the glass laying on the ground he said no it was there when we arrived, 'she should have looked on the camera's she proceeded to tell me to move the truck out front of a bay door that I can not block it I told her how else will I load the truck to move out, mind you someone else had their car in front of their bay door where he was loading his car and she said nothing to him, she came again and said the same thing about moving I told her the other guest can do what she tells me to do use the code on the door to enter, she came again this time my son was there she busted out the office door and again said don't block the bay area door this time she got a few extra words from me and my son as I told her she is so rude and unprofessional there's no other way to load the truck and the people that were walking through the bay door we had opened we can't control that.

The units are fine, but the rent is a scam. If you have a discount (such as the 25% "online only" discount) they will raise your rent by a few dollars and use the new price as an excuse to cancel that discount. A $3 increase has become closer to $40 because of this.

3 of the 4 shutdown doors were out of order, which is a huge problem if busy. All the storage fees they're getting one would think that the doors would be operating at neck speed.
